I finally found the perfect house!!!! Big garage for at least 2 maybe could even fit 3 cars! Enough bedrooms for a family, nice big living room with space for a tree for when it’s Christmas. Big master bedroom with double bed and balcony, nice bathrooms with a personal bath tube. And just in general such a good house! Thank you!!! :D

I'm gonna be completely honest, I love love LOVE this house but in the video there's several parts that got cut and it confused me so much because I didn't know if the original builder made any changes and didn't know if I was doing something wrong. Like in the video 47:36 the floor color completely changed and did not look like the color Flint so I was very confused.

posting my progess!! day 1 - november 19 ~ finished all the downstairs but two rooms day 2 - november 20 ~ finsished downstairs !! my house is now worth 110k for the downstairs so far!! day 2 - pt2 ~ finished upstairs and downstairs + interior, and all decor is put up, my house is worth 171k rn, and when the christmas update comes out + im doing a backyard so it should sum up to around 200k+ so yea!! this build is so cute for the winter as well, i love it!
