I think the meaning of this is that you choose the way you want to be. Everything you do is your responsibility, including the way you want to be or act everyday. See how all these people wanted to be mad so they would pick the mad mask, even if they don't feel mad when they wake up in the morning. There was a girl in the bus who decided to put her happy face on and just be happy(like the main character in this film did) and what this film is saying is that you should just put on your happy face once in a while because you miss great opportunities if you are angry or sad during them and just don't let others actions encourage your sadness. LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO BE MAD.

this made me really sad cause i see myself in him. i give it my all to be happy and see the bright side of things, but im a sensitive person and people in my life (mostly my family) hurt me, although they don't know it. even small things like my sister saying i'd be prettier if i started working out is enough to make me upset for the rest of the day. i wish i wasn't like this, but it's sadly just not as simple as "not being sensitive".

This is what bipolaire depression looks like, sad but true. I'm thankful that this video was passing trough the taboos, because almost nobody is been able to talk or explain about it, because it's so hard to tell people what you're feeling. Because you're afraid to be more and more fragile when you express your feeling and people are starting judging you, they're telling you that's nothing wrong with you or they're not listening to you and starting acting angry to you. And what do you do? You shut your mouth and suffer in silence, and later on you are robber yourself from your life. This video is literally showing you the pain from the mask behind it.

This is what bipolaire depression looks like, sad but true. I'm thankful that this video was passing trough the taboos, because almost nobody is been able to talk or explain about it, because it's so hard to tell people what you're feeling. Because you're afraid to be more and more fragile when you express your feeling and people are starting judging you, they're telling you that's nothing wrong with you or they're not listening to you and starting acting angry to you. And what do you do? You shut your mouth and suffer in silence, and later on you are robber yourself from your life. This video is literally showing you the pain from the mask behind it.

He started his day with a happy face and wanted to make everyone eles happy too. But everybody was upset or angry with him, because of which in the end his happy face becomes a sad one. It is evident from the sad face we saw on the wall in the beginning which was once a happy face too.

It's really a sad one..i know they say that you should stay positive even amongst all the negativity...but when everyone around you is projecting their unsatisfied life upon you,it's hard to stay positive and hence that man tried hard to keep his happy face,but couldn't.
I will feel there should atleast be ONE positive person in everyone's life..It really makes it easier.
