May 2023 Systems Thinking Summit introductory session

This is the introductory session to the first Systems Thinking Summit which begins with an introduction and welcome to the first Systems Thinking Summit. The session then poses the rhetorical question what is systems thinking? And begins to answer the question with a perspective on systems thinking and in the context of solving the problem of teaching how to apply systems thinking with a brief history of systems thinking and comments on various definitions of systems thinking to establish a baseline for the discussions in the subsequent sessions.
