Hey Danielle! Glad to hear your foot is healing. You’ll love your Brook tennis shoes 👍 . I have a pair & then went to Fleet feet & bought a pair of Hokas. They do this computer generated foot measurements & it will give them the results of what type of tennis shoes specifically are for you. It’s a game changer. One pair of Hokas is different from the next. They each have individual names. Totally a game changer. I was blown away. My husband got two pair of tennis shoes too. We’re walking on clouds. ❤ Congratulations on your weight lost. 👏 I’m a Hannah lynn supporter. I have 28 of her canvases in my stash. My Dad had late onset Alzheimer’s. He didn’t drink Diet Soda, no coffee, didn’t smoke, didn’t have high blood pressure or diabetes. He was a farmer and dairyman and farmed until in his 80’s. Was an active reader and would watch documentaries on tv occasionally. Not sure why he got Alzheimer’s.
My Mom was diagnosed with Dementia when in her 80’s and passed at 94. She had high blood pressure and dr’s are pretty sure that contributed to her disease. She only drank herbal tea, only soda when we went out somewhere, no alcohol or smoking. She was an avid reader, worked crossword puzzles, embroidered, and I taught her to diamond paint with special shaped diamond paintings.
Dr told us that dementia patients need active listening (conversations, and hobbies that require an “action”, rather than watching tv or being an observer), but a participant. Because she was also hard of hearing an wore hearing aids, it was super important that she could hear what was going on so that she could engage. Speaker phones and closed captioning on tv were important to keeping her alert to her surroundings.
Thank you for sharing your family story. I have no idea why my gran had it either, as she did word searches and didn’t consume alcohol either. I think the reel my mom sent me is something that could contribute to better chances of not getting it? The brain is a tricky thing.
It is so refreshing to hear a wife praise her husband.
The herb crusted chicken is sooo good! That's all I get from TR now. I also just get 2 side salads for the sides with dressing on the side and one to go so I can get 2 meals from a $12 meal. Getting dressing on the side of salads and dipping your fork in the dressing for each bite uses SO much less dressing and saves a ton of calories too.

Congrats on the weight loss!!! Great job... on the new Willy Wonka movie... i loved it.. but its a musical... like a lot of singing not just some songs here or there... some of my family members where not happy with it...
Maybe Bill can open his own finishing etsy shop when he retires... lol... sell some frames.. some backing boards... create some designs and cut out for finishes... but they say when you turn something you love into a job it's harder to enjoy...
I feel so good that I dropped all social media, with the exception of RUclips, 4 years ago and never looked back. I am considering turning off all the notifications from the DP companies as well. The constant pressure to buy buy buy is getting obnoxious. Very interesting about the drinks exacerbating onset of dementia. I don't drink soda or alcohol and haven't for decades, and energy drinks were never a thing for me. That makes me feel pretty good too.
I agree with you 100% about social media and how it affects us. I, too, recently removed myself from the majority of groups I belonged to. Closed both my Instagram and Twitter accounts, too. I can honestly say I don't miss it. Love your videos. Take care!

I like to flip over the mesh rulers upside down for alternating sections; the grid spacing is the same and it helps keep it from permanently bending one way too much and not sticking down.
That does mean sometimes having the strip of metal in between sections, but it’s not big and easy to fill in keeping the drills straight….worth it for me it to have the ruler stick better. But I might try snipping it off like you did, that’s a good idea!
So. HL Ice Princess is a chart available on HAED. You could always do a Xstitch conversion. I mean….its an option.

My father had alzheimer, when he was diagnosed, the doctor made it clear to him that alcohol was he trigger of his sickness, it is horrible to love a parent and seeing them that sick…. By the way, i watch Saltburn, i was like What? The whole movie omg, this family !!
