Every time I listen to this song I feel a lump in my throat, the son of a friend who was my friend died that 7/10, I am Latino and I speak Spanish and when I try to translate the song to explain the meaning to my family, My voice breaks, despite the time it is still painful to remember that day

I've been to Israel several times and it's a wonderful country with even more amazing and warm people who want nothing but to be left alone! ❤ They don't deserve the hate they get. They've been bullied for years by their neighboring Islamic countries who wish nothing but to annihilate Israel. They've suffered rocket attacks continuously. They closed the borders because they actually suffered from suicide bombings on a weekly basis during the late 90s and early 00s. Every time I listen to this song I feel a lump in my throat, the son of a friend who was my friend died that 7/10, I am Latino and I speak Spanish and when I try to translate the song to explain the meaning to my family, My voice breaks, despite the time it is still painful to remember that day

He hasn't heard from either of his cousins because they were part of the humanitarian effort, and have no way of contacting them. 7/10 was a tragedy yes, but you can't also deny the 75 years of torture that the people there endured and are still enduring today.
