Hoping, like many others, that London Town and Back To The Egg will be released as archive editions but I'm not holding my breath. Interesting what you say about vinyl prices, no doubt the music industry is looking to capitalise on the popularity and make as much as they can from it. The marketing of McCartney III has been crazy and I didn't even purchase a single copy of Now & Then on vinyl. I used to be something of a completist back in the 80s and 90s but then with multiple singles versions you tended to actually get something different for your money with each release like a new remix or different B side. Now the record companies don't even bother, they just want you to buy the same thing over and over. One thing I am looking forward to is more Parlogram videos as you never really know what's in store! Keep 'em coming!
I think the Washington concert should be released on DVD as well as they re-mixing and remastering of the Shea Stadium concert on DVD that would be great.
Something I’d like to see in the new year would maybe be an updated video about Beatles vinyl collecting for beginners - where to start, best *value* , and things like that
I would love to hear the 27 minute "Helter Skelter" and The Beatles "Carnival of Light" a 14 minute Avant-Garde song the Beatles recorded in 1967.Those two songs would be a treasure on an album.
I have nothing specific to ask for this year other than keep up the good work, your enthusiasm and passion for the group always shines through, you passed the audition.
Funny seeing the “Last Licks Live” bootleg in the collection, I just picked a different pressing of that recently which contains the fan edit of “Now and Then” from 2007 as a bonus track.
Excellent post once again Andrew! As a child of ‘64 (yes, I’m THAT old!) I wish they’d bloody hurry up and finally release all of the remaining stuff we’ve been waiting for. How about blu ray releases of the Shea Stadium concert, and a remastered Anthology TV series? And how about deluxe book-sized 5.1 editions of all of the studio albums (in uniform packaging so they sit nicely on your shelf, possibly spelling out ‘The Beatles’ along the spines)? Honestly, I could go on and on - but I’m beginning to think that I’ll have probably popped my clogs before Apple finally pull their finger out!! 🫤
My Beatles event in 2024 so far: last Friday I was watching a 105 minute documentary about the tour years 1962-1966 on arte. The title is “The Beatles: Eight Days a Week. It is still on their website. My flea market calendar for 2024 is nearly complete. So, let's search the boxes again… Thanks for this overview, Andrew. I’m looking forward to the next Sunday… Cheers -» Martin
That video you're planning next week couldn't be coming at a better time. I'm one of those who has gone back to CDs as the prices of vinyl soared, and though I love my mono box, I've recently gotten the urge to buy the albums in stereo as well. I've been really debating on whether or not some of those needle drop sets (blue box, MFSL) are better than the 09 or 87 CDs, and because talking about bootlegs is so taboo on certain online forums I can't get a straight answer. I know your answer will be definitive enough for me.
Happy new year Andrew & I'll be happy with a Rubber Soul box set & much lauded Archive editions of Paul McCartney's London Town & Back To The Egg..... Looking forward to more if your fab content in 2024.
I've yet to buy any of the anniversary box sets and have no plans to. The three peripheral Anthologies are enough for me as regards outtakes and alternate versions. But I do enjoy your channel! Happy New Year.
Maybe some videos covering details of recording certain albums, such as the equipment used (tapes, microphones, mixing boards) and techniques for special effect sounds or mixing. This would probably be focused mostly on Rubber Soul forward. Also, maybe a video or two covering how the recording and mixing technology changed over 1963-1969 (two track to 8 track, etc.). This could also include individual band member's attitudes towards technology and recording techniques. Plus, how they used the studio in later years vs the early years (when the most that seemed to be done was double tracking). Lastly, what pre-mix multi-track master tapes still exist and which have been lost or destroyed (such as She Loves You). How many years before the tapes deteriorate?
I know a Rubber Soul Box would be more lucrative for Apple to put out (And admittedly I want it too), it would be nice to have a Beatles For Sale Box since it yet again was given the short end of the stick with the expanded red album. And now that you mention Milk and Honey, I’m surprised Lennon’s Estate haven’t taken the opportunity yet to use Jackson’s MAL tech to restore it.
Hi Andrew: This is Mick in San Diego and a Happy New Year to you! Just caught your Beatles in 2024 merchandise review. Your comments, insight and perspective along with your review of the continued surge in vinyl sales was absolutely brilliant. Thanks for your take on what's happening in New Beatles product this year. The McCartney Tug Of War book you described appears to be incredible based on what you said. How can one attain a copy of this book? Please let me know! Thanks again and keep up the great work! Mick 👉
I absolutely agree with you Andrew about the price of vinyl creeping up. It’s not unusual to see single albums pushing or exceeding £30. However, there are bargains to be had if people are willing to look hard enough. In the last few months I’ve bought The Who “Live At Leeds” 3 LP set for £24.99, YES “Live At Knoxville 1972” 3 LP set for £24.99, Moody Blues “Live at The Royal Albert Hall 1969” 2LP set for £14.48, all from Amazon (they’ve all gone back up in price now). Also bought Yardbirds ‘68 2LP set with massive colour book and boxed from Jimmy Page’s website for a mere £28.50. (Which I think is still available at this price). Great channel, keep up the good work.
Thanks, Andrew, and I wish you a very happy, healthy, and successful 2024! I'm looking forward to watching your videos but I don't expect to see one about Rubber Soul. They are so close now to the 60th anniversary that I guess they'll postpone a box edition until autumn '25. Unless, of course, they can't come up with off-the-cuff ideas such as the scrambled eggs edoiions of the CD and vinyl Red and Blue albums in between. I wonder. Listening to the 'half-naked' version of Steel and Glass on the Lennon Gimme Some Truth compilation gives me hope that we'll see a similar version of Walls and Bridges maybe for Christmas. Not 'underdubbed' but perhaps relieved of its burdon of excessive overdubs. The absence of the brass on Steel and Glass was such a breath of fresh air and made the song so much stronger. But wo can tell. I'll be taking it as it comes along but I'll definitely shy away from Paul's more adventurous ideas this year.
Looking forward to more great videos from you, Andrew. Having followed your channel for about three years, it has become my go-to for completing my Beatles LP collection and an indispensable guide for helping my customers find the best versions of each album. Although your channel is understandably Beatle-centric, your detours into The Stones, Hollies and Kinks are top-notch. I hope you will devote other videos to The Moodies, The Who, Pink Floyd, Nick Drake, etc. All in all, sincere best wishes for a happy, healthy and prosperous 2024 and beyond to you and your family.
Looking forward to another good year from you. The Rubber Soul box and Paul’s new album will be highlights. I always found Mind Games a bit uneven, but the new box and book will be worth a look. As someone of a similar age to you Andrew I really enjoyed your early 80s videos. A 1983 and ‘84 would be great! Thanks again your videos are just fantastic. 🙏
Looking forward to all of your videos for the coming year Andrew!! I'm sure the content will be great !! I'd love to see the "Hard Days Night" & "Beatles For Sale" albums given a track by track analysis - as well as the "Long Tall Sally" EP & tracks that did not get released at the time ( Leave My Kitten Alone, You Know What To Do ).
I loved the (now comparatively) huge album covers and their artwork. The CDs castrated album art and I've been pleased to see this better art-size regain popularity. I tell everyone "to buy three" - one to play, one for resale in ten years and another sale in 20.
Hi Andrew , a very happy new year . I think we will get Rubber soul , but regarding the other releases , such as the archive collections that’s hard to say . So it’s a waiting game once again .
They need to use the AI to clean up John Lennon voice on Real Love and release a “naked” version without the effects that were used to mask the low quality of the source tape
Andrew, Happy New Year! My heads spinning a bit after all the ideas you brought up. Bring out all the 2024 choices and let us take a look see (a Beatles candy store). That Mind Games pkg. is very impressive! Wow. The 60th anniversary, 2/9. Tell me if I'm wrong, I've seen footage of the Washington Coliseum show (Ringo was on fire!), but they played Carnegie Hall also. I don't think I've ever seen any footage from that show. Does any exist? Well, here's to a safe year for both of us. ☮
Definitely looking forward to the Dr Ebbets bootleg videos! Will you also include videos for the Purple Chick bootlegs that were popular a few years back?
Happy New Year, Andrew! I would be very pleased if Apple released a box set for every Beatles album. No two-fers. Along with Back to the Egg and London Town, I think that Off the Ground also deserves the archive treatment. With regard to your channel, everything is nice. I'm looking forward to the detailed videos on the two albums released by the boys in 1964.
Hi Andrew 🙂 👋 I'm really looking forward to enjoying another year of your excellent channel! I find myself always search RUclips for more obscure Beatles and solo vinyl releases, especially from ant countries OTHER than Australia, UK, and USA. I would love to see you focus more on the discographies of any country which released Beatles products. Maybe you could start a series, alphabetically, and show these occasionally. Group and solo. I would seriously love to see vinyl Beatles bootlegs featured too! I have quite a few myself and would love to see more! By the way, I would be quite willing to provide photos from my own collection if needed. More scrapbooks would be cool 😎 I'm sure whatever you do will be great anyway! Looking forward to it! All the best, Jase
Thanks Andrew! I loved the Now and Then song, and the single release - what a magnificent Christmas present from the Beatles! I wonder if the 2023 RED/BLUE album editions will replace the 1973 editions, or will the Beatles catalogue revert back to the 1973 song orders (I noticed the 2023 editions aren't listed on the Beatles website as part of the album canon) - since the logical home for Free as a Bird/Real Love/Now and Then would be on Past Masters. Hope to eventually hear Peter Jackson's enhanced Live at the Star Club edition! There are some great songs on the 1977 Star Club album release that the Beatles never studio recorded, as far as I know. Thanks again for your RUclips channel!
Thanks for the information on the Tug of War book! I ordered one. Supposed to ship on February 1st. Not a bad price at all, considering. $98USD, looking forward to it. Great video. I came over after watching BeatleyTone’s livestream today. ✌️
Looking forward to more videos. All the 60th anniversary events look and sound interesting. As for Beatles and solo product I’ll be happy with anything that’s put out. I’ll take an archive of any remaining Beatles album in any order at this point. As long as they hopefully all get done eventually and include the appropriate singles. Looking forward to Mind Games but also hope Sometime In NYC isn’t off the table because I do like that album and it would be a perfect place to include an upgraded One To One show. Ditto Dark Horse both album and tour footage. And of course also hope the Macca archives aren’t done but hope is dimming there. The cd bootlegs video look interesting and looking forward to that one next week.
I suspect us fans want these releases more than the Beates camp is able and wiling to provide. But i am very happy for Red and Blue remixes that was a nice surprise.
I did preorder the Band on the Run 2LP set. I have a few copies already but I'm curious about the underdubbed mixes. Would love the long awaited Rubber Soul box set this year!
I just bought my first record player in over thirty years, so I'm ready to get back into vinyl. But I still love streaming music. And I hope they can clean up the Star Club tapes, but I believe it when I see it, or hear it in this case. Thanks for the updates.
Once again, another great video Andrew. Happy New Year to you and all my fellow Beatle fans. I'm sure your channel will go from strength to strength. The content is great 😀
Dear Andrew, I'd like to say a big thank you: thanks to your videos I've got a taste for Beatles music again - after more or less 12 years without the Fab Four. I'm enjoying listening to them again, but now on vinyl. It's a lot of fun. 🙃I was very surprised at how many interesting old records I had in my collection; other LPs I bought new (mainly German pressings from the late 70s). Great stuff. It's also nice that I never cleared out my Beatles library (around 3 dozen books, including many about John). Greetings from Munich, Germany. xxx
@@Parlogram Watching the brilliant videos just makes you want to dive back into the world of vinyl yourself. I was quite surprised when I found all three ANTHOLOGY triple albums on the shelf - I didn't know that I had bought them back in the 90s... Also a few old German pressings (e.g. the LP "Please Please Me", pressing from 1973 etc.). But one more thing: do you really think the first pressing of SGT.PEPPER from Germany is too bad? I found a copy in my collection; the vinyl was thoroughly washed and polished, then I put it on and have to say that the sound is quite decent.
1984 was a key Beatles year for me. This was the year that I went to Liverpool for the first time to visit the newly opened Beatle City, the first permanent Beatles exhibition, The newly rebuilt Cavern, and Cavern Walks, which is sadly in a very sorry state now, what happened to the statue that was in there? And the Liverpool Garden Festival with the big Yellow Submarine and Beatles maze. Whilst the Garden Festival was temporary the Yellow Submarine was last seen outside John Lennon Airport in Speke. As a second generation fan a lot of Beatles related things from the 80s have been removed from the Beatles history. The Beatles Compleat (replaced by Anthology), Movie Medley, Beatle City was a magical place for me but it closed in 1986 but I’d still go passed the building in Seel Street every time I went to Liverpool until it was demolished in 2018. The Beatles Story in the Albert Dock didn’t have the same excitement. Can’t believe it’s 40 years ago, then again I can’t believe I’m 51!
Hi Andrew, first of all, thank you very much for the many hours of brilliant videos - looking forward to many more ofthem. I might have missed that specific topic, but if you guys haven't covered it yet I'd love to see a video dedicated specifically to the Get Back/Let it Be sessions - especially the various Bootlegs such as the get Back Journals and the Thirty Days Box Set (i.e. the Vigotone releases) and the story behind the disappearance of the Nagra Tapes. Greetings from Munich, Southern Germany
I do hope that Andrew can create high-quality digital files from the Sgt Pepper master tape. But more than that, the Sgt. Pepper album now has a great chance of being forever preserved due to Andrew owning a master tape. It must be a very prized possession for him.
It would be interesting to hear that Sgt Pepper production master tape transferred to high-res digital using the Plangent Process, to optimise the pitch stability. (Not that Sgt Pepper particularly suffers from any overt pitch issues, but the process helps to enhance the playback quality of any analogue tape recording). I read an article in Tape Op magazine which explained that many of the sonic artefacts of generation loss in analogue tape are largely imparted by wow and flutter in the tape transport.
I remember back in 2009-2010 when Vynly started coming back. I asked my dad if I could put his record player (that they never used) in my room because I picked up a few LPs. He was shocked that Vynly was coming back and that anyone would want that when they have CDs now. But he was ok when he saw that one of them was the 2009 remaster of Abbey Road (along with My Chemical Romance's Black Parade)
Watching various vinyl related videos, your channel popped up and I’ve watched a fair few of your videos since. Refusing to pay £70 for the new version of the red album, I used your recommendation a bought an original 1973 version and got a fabulous copy for £30. I’m even thinking about trying a mono copy of A Hard Days’s Night. Looking forward to more updates on the Sgt. Pepper Masters!
Paul working with Andrew Watt is excellent news, he did a fantastic job with the Stones. That makes me excited for a new Paul album, I didn't care much for McCartney III, but I loved Hackney Diamonds.
Great update and channel Andrew. Looking forward to all of it! Wow, I havn't heard Dr. Ebbets mentioned in ages. Those were the go to source for needle drops back then. Looking forward to the episode and all things Parlogram. Thanks. :- )
Love your channel! Unfortunately for me my vinyl buying habits have changed drastically. I had to sell off a good chunk of my vinyl to pay bills. I still love vinyl but unfortunately my financial situation doesn’t allow for me to buy much new vinyl at all anymore.
I know EMI will never do this, but I would like to see both the Rubber Soul and Help remixes released this year (Rubber Soul in the first half of the year and Help in the second), since most of the work for Rubber Soul has already been done, thanks to the Red Album. It would never be done though, probably out of fear of either oversaturating the market of Beatles releases, or having one release overshadow the other.
With the escalating increase in prices of each successive boxset I am counting myself out of future purchases. I am quite happy with my Beatles Mono Box and BC13 set. As for alternate and unreleased material, I am well served with literally hundreds of hours of unofficial releases.
I'd love it if Apple got back on the anniversary releases, i.e. 60th anniversary of 'A Hard Day's Night'/'Beatles for Sale' in 2024. We can wait for 'Rubber Soul'/ 'Help' in 2025 ;) Great work as always, Andrew!
Any unreleased content we're waiting for. Not just the snippets of outtakes we heard from Anthology, but just full outtakes + jams/demos, like You're My World from 6/3/64 or the I'll Be Back (RM1) from 6/10/64
Great Channel Andrew. I am rewatching Get Back each day on the actual dates from 1969. What has happened to the longer version of Get Back and the remaster of the Let it Be film I wonder?
Great news that physical media is still vital. I’ll always prefer a CD or vinyl format over a download or stream. I hope that this continues - music, to me at least, always sounds better on LP or CD, and I like the fact that once I’ve shelled out (regardless of the fact that LPs cost a fortune now - HMV was selling them for around £30 a pop when I looked last), I’ve got them for life. Back in the old days, when I used to save up for LPs, I’d be more selective over what I invested in - and it did feel like an investment, so, I suppose, nothings changed! A Walls and Bridges re-issue would be good - my favourite John Lennon album - but, my original pressing still sounds great, so I’m not too bothered about a re-issue. As for Macca - much as he is my all time favourite Beatle, and musician for that matter, I was really hoping he’d stop at McCartney III - seemed like a great bookend……well, we’ll see what his new release is like!
Hi Andrew, happy New Year. I think Rubber Soul will happen but earlier albums will come later. I guess if EMI had known the massive interest for the Beatles they would have kept everything, filed it properly and made better stereo mixes at the time but hey that's the irony of hindsight. Personally I love the content and variety of the channel and look forward each week to see what you bring to us. I make a small contribution to the channel but I know it all helps so if anyone is reading this can i encourage you become a channel member and help keep this brilliant content coming. All the best Andrew, Tim
Andrew since we’re talking about 50th anniversaries of Beatles related content have you ever considered doing a video about Canadian prog band Klaatu? Their heavily Beatles inspired debut record and the “controversy” surrounding it, might be a fun topic for fans not aware of it.
Looking forward to the bootleg discussion, I'm sure there are some fascinating ones out there. I remember buying the Unsurpassed Masters CDs, and marveling at how much clearer and sharper they sounded than the official releases, probably because they hadn't been compressed or re-EQ'd, and I'd love to know if my vinyl LPs Codename Russia and The Real Case Has Just Begun, made from Let It Be session tapes that were reportedly swiped from Apple's offices, have turned up on CD (I'm sure they must have at this point). Because of their provenance from actual Apple tapes (if the story is true), they sound great, even if it is just outtakes, covers and snippets of songs.
Half speed (re)masters in best stereo analogue on vinyl. Box sets for every release, with information book cultivating all the details affecting the recordings. The documentation is available but on separate books - ie I have a book on track by track studio details, then books on compositions, bio stuff, gigs, etc.
I was hoping we’d have heard of things coming for the 60th US visit anniversary…but nothing yet? I get they don’t want to saturate the market so soon after Now & Then, but I had heard we would get a lot of video this year, and Im still thinking this will happen…eventually. Btw, you convinced me to become an Excellent Member! I expect a whole video on Delta mixes is on its way! 😄😊
Happy New Year, Andrew, and many many thanks for your first class videos! If you could take some time for the solo albums, that would be fantastic! Take care, Harry
I have some predictions for what we might get this year. I think that there is a chance that a vinyl US albums set could be announced very soon. Although there is a low chance of it happening, Apple has surprised us before. For example, very few people were expecting the release of the Singles Collection in 2019. I’m not sure if we will see a deluxe set this year but I think Apple has something up their sleeve whether it is the Hamburg tapes or something we aren’t currently expecting like a US albums set or even an EP set. As for solo, I expect Ringo to release at least a new single but an EP or album is possible. As for Paul, the only thing I expect to see is his new album. I think the new Mind Games set will be the only thing from John’s estate. As for George’s estate, I wouldn’t rule out a Dark Horse set. A couple of ideas that I have for videos this year include the story of John’s Roots album, more videos about Beatles vinyl in other countries with Ireland and various South American countries being the ones I’m interested in the most, and videos about George Martin’s career before and after his time with The Beatles.

I have nothing specific to ask for this year other than keep up the good work, your enthusiasm and passion for the group always shines through, you passed the audition.
Thank you. Much appreciated!
Funny seeing the “Last Licks Live” bootleg in the collection, I just picked a different pressing of that recently which contains the fan edit of “Now and Then” from 2007 as a bonus track.
I love the chronological idea for the channel. Makes perfect sense.
Thanks Ady. Glad you enjoyed it! Great suggestions too 😎
Looking forward to more great videos Andrew
2023 was great...always unmissable content
My Beatles event in 2024 so far: last Friday I was watching a 105 minute documentary about the tour years 1962-1966 on arte. The title is “The Beatles: Eight Days a Week. It is still on their website.
My flea market calendar for 2024 is nearly complete. So, let's search the boxes again…
Thanks for this overview, Andrew.
I did purchase a Dr. Ebbert CD a long time ago. The Black Album .
Nice to see Putney’s Soul Brother records in the opening sequence! Amazing shop.
I agree 100% with your observations about aggressive vinyl pricing. It's becoming prohibitive. So much so that I passed on Red and Blue.
I'm hoping you'll take a look at some more post-Beatles stuff, particularly from Wings.
Happy new year Andrew & I'll be happy with a Rubber Soul box set & much lauded Archive editions of Paul McCartney's London Town & Back To The Egg..... Looking forward to more if your fab content in 2024.
Some great plans for the channel coming up, Andrew! Really looking forward to your videos in 2024 so keep up the great work!
Thanks Nick. Will do!
Hey Andrew, I am definitely looking forward to all you have planned for us this year. - Roger
Grateful for the wonderful year that was and am looking forward to the new one. Thanks for everything!
Happy 2024! I know you will be my Beatles guide for this year! I trust in you! Ciao!
Thanks Marcello! Same to you!
I'd quite like to see a decent compilation of all of the fan club records as a decently priced set...just for the fun of it.
Hi Andrew:
This is Mick in San Diego and a Happy New Year to you!
Mick

Thanks. Will do!
Thank you for your support! Wishing you the same for 2024.
Andrew, happy new year. Wishing you the best. Looking forward to your thoughts in 2024.
Thanks Chris. Happy new year!
Just a shoutout for your retro transition graphics. Love them a lot! Thanks for producing such a lovely channel.
Thank you! Glad you like them.
Anthology re-issues would be great, looking forward to Rubber Soul as well, plus Star Club
1964...the Beatles on Ed Sullivan....that year was the beginning of our music 🎵🎶... amazing 😊
Good Video Andrew! Looking forward to Band on the Run and Mind Games. But I would like to to see Rubber Soul box set!
great channel! thanks Andrew!
Thanks Bernhard. Glad you enjoy it!
Hi Andrew , a very happy new year . I think we will get Rubber soul , but regarding the other releases , such as the archive collections that’s hard to say . So it’s a waiting game once again .
Happy New Year to you too!
Happy new year Andrew, love the channels plans for 2024!
Than you. Happy new year to you too!
Hi Andrew 🙂 👋
I'm really looking forward to enjoying another year of your excellent channel!
More scrapbooks would be cool 😎
I'm sure whatever you do will be great anyway! Looking forward to it!
All the best, Jase
Thanks for the suggestions, Jase. Looks like I'll never be short of content! 😄
It's a great book. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
Hope you enjoy it, Michael!
Happy New Year Handsome. Looking forward to all new developments for 2024!!!
I suspect us fans want these releases more than the Beates camp is able and wiling to provide. But i am very happy for Red and Blue remixes that was a nice surprise.
I'm personally super excited for the Band On The Run reissue, I've got it pre-ordered.
I did preorder the Band on the Run 2LP set. I have a few copies already but I'm curious about the underdubbed mixes. Would love the long awaited Rubber Soul box set this year!
I do hope Nobuhiro Nakai would continue doing these type of books with Paul's other albums! This look really good, and is something that I would want!
I just bought my first record player in over thirty years, so I'm ready to get back into vinyl. But I still love streaming music. And I hope they can clean up the Star Club tapes, but I believe it when I see it, or hear it in this case. Thanks for the updates.
Do you think ai could be the key in cleaning up star club tapes??
Once again, another great video Andrew. Happy New Year to you and all my fellow Beatle fans. I'm sure your channel will go from strength to strength. The content is great 😀
Thanks! Happy New Year to you too!
Happy new year, Andrew and God bless you!
Thank you! Wishing you the same!
Greetings from Munich, Germany. xxx
You're very welcome! 😊
The Beatles Compleat (replaced by Anthology),
Movie Medley, Beatle City was a magical place for me but it closed in 1986 but I’d still go passed the building in Seel Street every time I went to Liverpool until it was demolished in 2018. The Beatles Story in the Albert Dock didn’t have the same excitement.
Can’t believe it’s 40 years ago, then again I can’t believe I’m 51!
Great times, Craig!
Thank you, Andrew ! Happy New Year !!
Thank you, Scott! Same to you!
Star Club tapes in good fidelity would be an absolute revelation.
Hi Andrew,
first of all, thank you very much for the many hours of brilliant videos - looking forward to many more ofthem.
Hey Andrew Your shows are Amazing, I love each one I wish you ALL THE BEST for the new year!! Take care!!!!
Thank you, Joseph. Happy New Year!
Look forward to seeing you in the new year 🤘
I do hope that Andrew can create high-quality digital files from the Sgt Pepper master tape. But more than that, the Sgt. Pepper album now has a great chance of being forever preserved due to Andrew owning a master tape. It must be a very prized possession for him.
@@joe34012 Yes I'm aware that it is a submaster tape. But a well revered sub master at that.
Happy New Year, Andrew! Interesting video as usual. Hope we will have the Rubber Soul De Luxe album soon this year.
Happy new year, Riccardo!
Happy New Year, Andrew. Looking forward to your vids over the forthcoming 12mths! 👍
Great update and channel Andrew. Looking forward to all of it! Wow, I havn't heard Dr. Ebbets mentioned in ages. Those were the go to source for needle drops back then. Looking forward to the episode and all things Parlogram. Thanks. :- )
Happy New Year to you Andrew, looking forward to all you have for us over the coming year.
Thank you! Same to you!
Thanks for that. Fascinating as usual!
Love your channel! Unfortunately for me my vinyl buying habits have changed drastically. I had to sell off a good chunk of my vinyl to pay bills. I still love vinyl but unfortunately my financial situation doesn’t allow for me to buy much new vinyl at all anymore.
Amazing work, Andrew. Happy New Year.
Cheers Russell. Same to you!
I know EMI will never do this, but I would like to see both the Rubber Soul and Help remixes released this year (Rubber Soul in the first half of the year and Help in the second), since most of the work for Rubber Soul has already been done, thanks to the Red Album.
It would never be done though, probably out of fear of either oversaturating the market of Beatles releases, or having one release overshadow the other.
beatled out. who woulda ever thought. i was 10 in '64.
Fingers crossed!
Any unreleased content we're waiting for. Not just the snippets of outtakes we heard from Anthology, but just full outtakes + jams/demos, like You're My World from 6/3/64 or the I'll Be Back (RM1) from 6/10/64
@@Sekaoh carnival of light
Great Channel Andrew. I am rewatching Get Back each day on the actual dates from 1969. What has happened to the longer version of Get Back and the remaster of the Let it Be film I wonder?
Good question, James!
Many thanks for your support, Tim. Happy New Year!
Always love the thorough work you put into all your videos !
Glad you like them!
Thank you, Joel. I really appreciate your support!
Happy New Year, Andrew, and many many thanks for your first class videos! If you could take some time for the solo albums, that would be fantastic! Take care, Harry
Cheers Harry! Happy New Year to you too!
Update: It turns out that I may have been right about the U.S. Albums set because of today’s leak.
