Why does everything the Alchemist play sound so extra good..I grew up listening and loving live dancehall soundclash tapes in Jamaica.. must be the sound effects 😂 and the live sounding atmosphere.. ❤❤🎉🔥🔥🔥🔥
I Love this.... u touched my soul with this one ALC... I always been a fan of Dj Muggs. But you most certainly carved a name 4 urself in HIP-HOP culture in my book...Much Peace to you
@@waysonthebeats I had a Hercules 300 for a little under a year before I was ready to get serious. I needed to upgrade my hardware so I immediately got on RUclips to rewatch these videos. I distinctly remembered being totally awestruck every time I caught Al going live on IG like this, but I needed to go back and see what gear he was using. I found out The Alchemist and Statik Selektah both use the Roland DJ-808, and it was a wrap.. lol I went and bought the DJ-202, which is the entry level version of this one. When I factor my experience with the 202 in along with all of the research I've done, it becomes quite clear that Roland has created one of the greatest lines of DJ kit ever made. They claim the jogwheels have the lowest latency of anything on the market, and I have yet to see anyone argue otherwise. Experts agree that the DJ-808 and the middle model DJ-505 have even tighter response times, but it's hard for me to imagine anything better because the DJ-202 is already so smooth as it is. Once I start to really get good I’ll set aside some change for the flagship 808, but until then I’m straight practicing with my 202.
@@defoperator7993 also check out the Step Brothers album called Lord Stepington that he put out with his Childhood Friend Evidence from the Hip Hop group Dilated Peoples. He’s rhyming all over that.
