100% right. All these people like China Mac & Vlad are black wannabes, they try to talk like blacks because they admire blacks. Not saying that these guys should say nigga without consequences, that’s for whoever’s around to decide. Just saying that they don’t say it to disrespect the blacks. They do need a race or ethnic wake up call though lol.
Don’t people know that there’s a difference when the word is used with an “a” or an “az” on the end compared to when the word is used with the “er” on the end of it. Most people that grow up n the inner city or around certain black folk listening to hip hop/rap everyday use the word ending in “a” or “az” which is nothing but slang for saying partna, homie, etc. If someone uses the word with the “er” on the end of it trust me u will definitely know, it’s a very distinct sound and u will know the proper action to take when it rolls off they’re lips. Other minorities use the slang version of the word everyday and it’s not an issue because they’re using the slang version not the disrespectful version of the word. If ur not black just be aware of ur surroundings because some black folk aren’t gonna try to figure out which phrase of the word ur using they’re just gonna bust ur shit open and not give a fuck about where u grew up at.
I like how you said this but still period no one shouldn’t say it even with the “a” at the end. At the end off the day we know what we are saying and where it came from and how started towards black people when they were whipped during slavery when they were raped so just don’t say it…
it has to be taken into account, a lot of youth of different races are growing up emulating the street culture, and as long as they mean no disrespect, and that's really how they are, who can change them?
At the end of the day I will say this as a black man. White people and black people made that word popular. White people made it popular as a derogatory term and it’s fucked how they did it. However blacks made it popular in the sense that after it was used to demean us we took it and ran with it. So it’s like this if we want it to change if we don’t want people to use it we have to stop using it ourselves. We have to stop popularizing it further in our culture. That’s why me as a black man I try not to say it because I respect the history around it and I understand what pain and suffering came with that word. We can’t blame people for following trends when we create those trends and we can’t discriminate with race and say that we as blacks have a right to say that word. Whether your who’re black Asian or Latino the pain behind that word doesn’t change so really no one should say it.

At the end of the day I will say this as a black man. White people and black people made that word popular. White people made it popular as a derogatory term and it’s fucked how they did it. However blacks made it popular in the sense that after it was used to demean us we took it and ran with it.
