When Charlie left, Berta was the heart of the show, she kept it funny (even when Ashton Kutcher made the show less funny), Berta was funnier than Charlie in his absence, I watched two episodes of T&AHM, she absolutely had me in stitches
Two and half men did really wonder with casting, I loved every single one of them. I can remember getting a big laugh out of each character on the show. All cast members made it funny to watch. RIP and love all of you.
I was so lucky to be able to watch this show way back in the day when episodes were new and on television. Her comedic interplay with everyone on the show was strictly unbeatable. Totally hilarious and incredible. RIP Conchata Ferrell
No they just don’t like the clips Let people have their own opinions sad that she passed away but let people have an opinion they might not like the clips and they have the right to
Berta was priceless. I actually hoped she'd get her own show after TAAHM ended, or at least, that she'd become a regular in some other show. Her passing really saddened me.
Berta:"Do you know what she said to me, Charlie? She said I need to learn my place around here. Charlie: "Oww, she didn't." Berta: "Ah, but she did. Is that true, Charlie? Do I need to learn my place around here?"
@Jeff Yoder Tbh i think she did the right thing. Being in that Star World but only enough too meet cool people and get invited to stuff is the best thing. Imagine being a big Star like MJ was. No private life whatsoever. No surprise MJ was nuts, i would have gone too.
She got the best lines, and delivered them superlatively. And she was only supposed to be on one episode. If the production team was current, it would have been one episode. Fortunately, back then they still listened to their viewers and kept her for the entire run
After the end of this series, they were supposed to make a separate series about Berta and her private adventures. I'm sure it would have great ratings, Conchata was a true master of comedy... R.I.P.
I loved watching 2 1/2 men between Charlie Sheen & Conchetta Ferrell, I couldn't stop laughing!! I loved the episode that Berta went to work for Steven Tyler!! Charlie & Steven were hysterically funny!!🤗🤗🤗🤗
Watched her back when she was on Hot L Baltimore... Fell in love with her wisecracking comic genius way back then. She is missed and should have been in a lot more shows. 💯❤️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I came upon Conchata Ferrell in an episode of Maude, the 1970s show and you can already see her comedic style. Beautiful unique talent. Rest In Peace Berta.
"Good for you, that's why you're the boss." This show had a lot of great things, but what made it truly hilarious is the constant sass that Berta was throwing at the Harpers.
One my favorite lines from Berta was on the episode Flavin for the Mavin and Charlie was on the balcony with Alan secretary and Berta walked by and said who's the Smurf 😂😂😂😂😂!!!!!
Rest in Peace Berta. She was one of the best things that ever happened to the show. ❤
❤
Had no idea she passed away...RIP
@@mmarsh1972anytime someone plays an episode or watches the show somewhere, she'll be alive again.
THE best thing. God knows everything else on the show was awful.
She’s amazing! I love her frankness and how honest she was. 😊
In loving memory of Conchata Ferrell (1943-2020)
🙏🏾🙏🏾❤❤
Rip..
She will be so missed..
She was great!
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Berta always had the best one-liners.
True. Sad she is no more rip.
When Charlie left, Berta was the heart of the show, she kept it funny (even when Ashton Kutcher made the show less funny), Berta was funnier than Charlie in his absence, I watched two episodes of T&AHM, she absolutely had me in stitches
Ffffffffffffffff fffffffff fff f very
My fav line of all time was "the only difference between those two broads is that you came out of one and you [stopped - and made it even funnier!]
Absolutely Totally Agree With You 💯
Berta was THE best!!
Calling your boss "Numb Nuts" and getting away with it lol
Like charlie has a choice
Betta was the Boss of everyone nobody messed up with her 😂😂
Berta is a great character; she's the real brains in that group
Charlie needed her way more than she needed him to be fair lol
😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Jake: Hey, Berta, you wanna see my armpit hair?
Berta: Only if you wanna see mine.
That woman had a lot of great one liners.
Regarding Jill/Bill: Berta: I will work this month free if you let me tell her (Evelyn);
To Alan: no funny business (on back pain).
Lol
She played her role most perfectly. What a wonderful actress. Rest in peace.
Conchata Ferrell is amazing, no-one else could possibly have been Berta - she created her from what could otherwise have just been words on paper.🌹
Well, ... that's what actors (are supposed to) do, actually... 🙃🙂
@@lisaschmidtchen2976well it’s a two way street. Actors and directors/script writers need each other otherwise it would just be words on paper
Berta singing ‘Oh Beautiful’ was fantastic.
It's "O Beautiful, For Spacious Skies (America the Beautiful)"
@@markthompson3449 It's actually just "America the Beautiful"
what is the reference to?
RIP, Conchata Ferrell. She was such a talent.
She was an absolute weapon. The minute you saw that tilted grin, you knew she was gonna let loose.
Berta had the best lines on the show. Conchata was simply a comic genius.
you do realize that other people wrote 'em?
@@Dusan_Zdravkovic their point isn't that Conchata is a comic genius because she wrote the material, but because of how she delivered it.
@@lunabadgrz exactly.
Conchata won an Emmy back in 99 , playing a judge on The Practice. but, Berta is her finest role
@ssj2Nesa sto "au"?
Easily the funniest character of the show, and always a very underrated actress.
One of my favourites in the whole series.....Best presence of mind, best one-liners and top notch sense of humour
Charlie Sheen may have been the star, but Conchata Ferrell was the heart and soul of the show
Absolutely....
No, sorry, Charlie was the Star. Berta was ok, but she wasn't the Star of the Show.
a lie

Loved Berta. She added so much to that show. So sad to hear she passed away.
REST IN PEACE BERTA, YOU ALWAYS MADE MY DAY WATCHING TWO AND HALF MEN.
I love Berta so much the show could not ever be the same without her
I was so lucky to be able to watch this show way back in the day when episodes were new and on television. Her comedic interplay with everyone on the show was strictly unbeatable. Totally hilarious and incredible. RIP Conchata Ferrell
Definitely one of the best side characters in sitcom history.
Berta was part of the family and probably the best part.
Berta was the greatest, very talented and witty. Rest in Peace.
Berta is one of my favorite characters on Two and a Half Men.
They left out the time she gave Jake the prune juice! Knowing he was upset because he was constipated 🤣🤣
The people that give this a thumbs down have no soul. RIP Berta
For real. Berta was the heart and soul of this show. What a loss
Berta was savage. Rest In Power Berta.
Don't worry about people.
No they just don’t like the clips Let people have their own opinions sad that she passed away but let people have an opinion they might not like the clips and they have the right to
Berta was pure comedy gold❤️
Berta was priceless. I actually hoped she'd get her own show after TAAHM ended, or at least, that she'd become a regular in some other show. Her passing really saddened me.
Agreed. She was easily the funniest character on the show
Wasn't there a show, the ranch she was on
If you want to see her when she was younger, look for a short lived show called Hot L Baltimore.
Berta:"Do you know what she said to me, Charlie? She said I need to learn my place around here.
Charlie: "Oww, she didn't."
Berta: "Ah, but she did. Is that true, Charlie? Do I need to learn my place around here?"
Love Berta she did a great job with this character
My absolute favorite, she was a true gem. Rest in peace darling Conchata!!!
you have to love the writers on the show ,and the cast that pulled it off Berta's timing was great..
How this woman never got superstar status is beyond me!!!
Conchata did just fine.
She kept her soul, and her dignity... and, wisely , she stayed away from Sheen
@Jeff Yoder Tbh i think she did the right thing. Being in that Star World but only enough too meet cool people and get invited to stuff is the best thing. Imagine being a big Star like MJ was. No private life whatsoever. No surprise MJ was nuts, i would have gone too.
@Jeff Yoder it was just some input from me about your comment. Chill
because men require women to be hot and therefore the rest of society does what they want. it's a shame.
because hollywood men are shallow, actually all men but in this case we're talking a bout hollywood. she was in edward scissorhands though
Charlie: "Don't you have something to do?"
Berta: "Well, I could go rub some oil on her, but I don't trust myself"
There will never be another Berta,I sure miss that lady!
How could you not fall in love with this woman.RIP,Sweetheart!
Berta was the one that made two and a half men the show to watch, we miss you Berta, RIP
She was so great. Both dramatically and comedic-ally. I love her since she was on L.A. Law RIP

Don't see how the show would've worked without a housekeeper character
Charlie: How do like your eggs?
Berta: Sunny side up.
Charlie: Scrambled it is.
🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂😂
The whole show was great, she was great ! All the actors were great together only the shows with Charlie Sheen👍
One of the best actors & characters & performances ever
I love when she says..I aun't cleaning it up..
Imo, she was the best one for the Housekeeper role on this show.
After the end of this series, they were supposed to make a separate series about Berta and her private adventures. I'm sure it would have great ratings, Conchata was a true master of comedy... R.I.P.
With all the stories she told about her family and life, it'd worth a Mom-esque prequel series about her past.
I love berta she always made my day I will miss her so much.... blessings to her and her family
charlie and bertha had the best tandem and relationship in this sitcom
Berta was the best! Her best was asking for the Christmas bonus. They should have done a show about her.
Great signing voice, great personality and a wonderful talent.
I loved watching 2 1/2 men between Charlie Sheen & Conchetta Ferrell, I couldn't stop laughing!! I loved the episode that Berta went to work for Steven Tyler!! Charlie & Steven were hysterically funny!!🤗🤗🤗🤗

Still can't belive she's gone 🥲 last I saw her performance was in The Ranch
You could do ten of these and you would've still missed stuff.
Great actor, great character, amazing writers
Can we all agree that Berta would be the most fun character on the show to hang out with?
RIP Berta, great character on a GREAT show
She was so funny even the Walden era clips in this video are watchable. Conchata is a true talent.
She was an amazing character, this would be just incomplete without her 😢, RIP❤

Berta with Charly was a match made in heaven! This show was over when they kicked out charly for being charly!
She was an iconic role and there is no one else that could have played that.
I certainly miss Berta already 🥲

She was a gem, She had a great delivery.

You can tell from Roses' body language that she knows they're both toasted
Best line was her describing the difference between Lydia and Evelyn
