  • I went on this trip a little while ago and I promised to make this video. Unfortunately, life got in the way, and we never got around to making it, but finally it is here! These are probably some of the most famous lakes in China. We really enjoyed our time walking through the park and visiting all the lakes. Jiuzhaigou is really worth visiting and the best time to visit is late spring or fall.
Have you ever been to Jiuzhaigou? Leave a comment below and let me know what you think of these lakes.

I've been there once, the most romantic with spouse is avatar spot. Tell me again? Forgot the name. China is an endless journey, rich in tradition and cultures and of course, stunning views

The Avatar Mountains are on the other side of the country; it's called Zhangjiajie. I visited those too; ruclips.net/video/R8Yn-6KZD08/видео.html
      Also a very beautiful place!

You have finally visited there Yvon. JiuZhaigou is always the first place (maybe plus Xinjiang) I would recommend to expats in China. It's a pity that many expats are not aware that China has such beautiful lakes. I have been there three times and do not mind paying another visit in the future. I hope you had a wonderful experience there, despite the crowds (I do understand that). I walked 33000 steps one day in JiuZhaigou. My legs were close to broken.

    • @GoYvon
      @GoYvon  Год назад +3

Wow!! 33K steps is a wild amount.
Three times is quite a lot, but I absolutely get it. Wouldn't mind going again either, maybe fall or winter. But before I go again, I'd visit some other places in China that I haven't seen yet.
And you're right about not many people knowing about these places. Most people only know about the most famous sights.

@@GoYvon Certainly a good idea to visit some other places in China. There is still much to explore. Looking forward to more travel vlogs from you.

I went here many years ago and it is a stunning park. The colours of the lakes are amazing, which doesn't show on camera.
What amazes me the most is that being one of the most popular place for visitors with millions each year and yet the park is spotless, no rubbish at all.

Thank you for the video, Jiuzhaigou is such a beautiful location, however when we visited only halve as many people, but was still crowded in our minds.

I think it's one of those places that is busy all the time. We also visited not long after it reopened again, so I think that attracted a lot of people.

In fact, the lakes are the best. The camera can’t show the beauty of the lakes. The color in the video is different from what we see in the real place.

China have lots of great views and landmarks such as these lakes. Unfortunately Chinese people usually goes to these locations in holiday period, sicne there are 1.4 billions people here. So almost all famous landmarks are crowdy in these days then. That's why I choose to vacation in without holiday period, less people, more quiet and enjoying. 😀

    • @GoYvon

That's absolutely what I would do to. However, I work in education and don't have the freedom to go on vacation in the off season.

Jiuzhaigou has a limit of 7,000 people per day, but it seems that the number of people in Jiuzhaigou now exceeds this limit. Is this during a holiday? Thanks for sharing!

Good advice when I get to visit China for the first time. Chinese are very lough and they might spoil or disrupt the meaning of calm and tranquility of the beautiful lake and nature that giving to us.

Please DO NOT visit China if you are not ready to accept China as it is including crowds and noise, thanks ! There are 1.4 billion of us and we all have the equal right to enjoy the beautiful scenery. I guess Europe will be much more crowded if the European didn't not occupy all those continents that doesn't belong to them by force (north and south America, Australia, etc). As a Chinese, I am proud of we are able to share and manage well the limited per capita resources the nature has offered us here while living in harmony. It's much more important to us than the superficial "calm" or "tranquility". Thanks!
