I actually heard that the reason Adam left, was because his doctor warned him. Apparently his throat was eroding from the constant spicy/puking up the food and it was eating away at his throat tissue. Cause behind the camera, Adam would puke a lot of it back out once the cameras cut off. So the spicy+stomach acid was just eating away.
so the doctor said nothing about his backdoor? lol
I thought he left because of some controversial tweets he posted.

Casey seems like a nice guy but damn he loses a lot of challenges. He does seem to beat a good amount of spicy challenges but can never beat the high amt food ones

Well i heard the reason Adam left, was because his doctor told him. "Listen you gotta stop doing this shit. Your esophagus is literally melting." Cause Adam would apparently puke a lot after his challenges. So the super spicy food+stomach acid was wearing away at his throat tissue, so he had to leave. I think thats why Casey is more "chill" about the challenges cause the producers probably warned him, "Yeah dont be like Adam."
It's his size; look at the chest; there's no room there. That's why the skinnier dudes can eat so much, the stomach can expand more.
