To have the feeling of belonging or feel yourself home, doesn't mean you have to change appearance. Finding the like mind people and a culture you connect with is actually good, healthy and must be motivated but you don't have to go such drastic changes and begin a downward spiral.

This stuff started a long ago.... when companies promoted products that can "change" your skin color
I used to listen to subliminals before cuz I wanted to feel confident. Not the if i change my body I'll feel confident. But just the confidence ones. ( The only thing i got from this prob is i found one of my fav song hehe ) But as I kept listening i realised it really doesn't work much. I'm more confident now and that's because of myself and the way I've held myself. I don't think subliminals played any role here. But I do think some of them are pretty dangerous atp.

I use subliminals as well but for diff purposes, like for example, i personally manifested rich and lenient parents and it worked in about 2 weeks, and i manifested writing talents and it worked. Subliminals are good if you use them for a good cause.

I am Asian and I've seen alot of people "changing" to Korean in particular. I myself am Korean and I'm honestly not happy that these transracial people think Korea is all about Kpop and the good food. I think if you want to be considered as a citizen of the country, you have to stay there for idk how many years and you need to learn or speak or understand their language. you should learn how to write them too. You also need to learn more about their culture. If possible and there is, go learn their dialects.
