What program are you using for the pre cut layout you're sending to your customers? Is it Lightburn?
Yep! I have a CO2 laser that uses Lightburn. I just find that quicker and easier to use compared to VCarve Pro.

What kind of wood are you using for your signs?
This was all done with Merbau. Also used for garden furniture and decking. Needs a good primer to stop tannin but it can last a long time outdoors.
May I ask the site you use for size and font used please , newbie just starting out….
Hey Dave! I believe this font was Helvetica and it's 90mm ( about 3.54" ) tall. I find this font works well because it is easy to read from a distance. Hope that helps.
