Documents Required:
1. Original documents that you want to attest (Bachelors in my case)
2. Original documents of all previous qualifications (matric onward)
3. In case of O & A Levels, IBCC Original Equivalence Certificates
4. Photocopy of all above documents
5. Attestation Form by HEC (Signed)
6. Fee Challan
1. How can I pay the attestation fees? There is no way to pay on the HEC website
2. Why do I need to send my original documents through post? This is a bit dangerous and can lead to loss of my documents. Why isn't photocopy enough?
You have to pay on spot while getting them attested on the day.
Well, it is dangerous but thats the process, better to do urgent and get them done on the day if you can visit Islamabad. Thats what I did
Yeah but how do I get them attested? I live in Canada and need to attest my moms degree. She is here with me in Canada but we need to send her documents via post to Islamabad? We pay on the website? or in person in HEC centre in Islamabad? I have my mamu in pakistan who can go in walk in appointment.@@faizanhayat13

Bro let me know if simply university degree and transcript attestation is needed for higher education rather than getting all of the previous educational documents attested?
Hi, you dont need to get previous educational documents attested but in order to attest the desire degree or transcript attest you need to submit original previous educational documents as well.
For example you are getting your bachelors degree attested you will submit original documents of matriculation and intermediate issued by ibcc or the board with original results and equivalency certificate in case of o and a levels,
If you wanna get masters degree attested then bachelors original degree will be submitted among the other documents + mentioned earlier.

AoA, please I need to know i live in Karachi, if I apply for walk-in mode it will be in hec Karachi office? Or i should go Islamabad?
Any HEC office should be fine but it’s recommended to book an appointment online through the HEC's e-portal system before visiting.

Can you tell what is the accpetance rate in french universities without scholarship as my profile is pretty average... And how much strict French universities are as compared to german and American Universities
I really cant tell the acceptance rate but they are cheaper than US & UK.
If a programme is relevant to you then you have a good chance considering your motivation letter aligns with the programme and you aim to create an impact.
How may days it take HEC to call us for degree attestation when we apply for it at urgent degree attestation

@@ahsanali-js9fh urgent are for walk in only, if have applied through tcs. It will take take up to 20days also for giving you a sign to ‘ok to send’ once it’s accepted and then your process will be quick
@areeshashan783 What I applied is applied for urgent on 15th September. There's still no answer. I don't know when you attested and from which city? But I applied from Karachi and as I visited for some query on 12th September, so the centre was full and many people were there. There I thought when I would get my number?

I just forgot my password of hec portal on clicking forgot password it is not sending me verification code, any solution ?
You can add complaint ticket in hec ticket system. That you forgot your password and can't recover it. They will update your password and tell you about that after 1 or 2 days.

If degree and transcript is signed by the controller of examination do we still need to verify from the university or valid for the attestation from HEC?
It depends, if you apply for job in Pakistan then it’s not compulsory
Bro They are asking to upload a copy of the marksheet on the website, but I only have the certificates for matriculation and intermediate. Do I also need the marksheet? Please answer.

If i choose to send my documents through courier attestation. Do i have to send my O and Alevels certificate along with equivalence of both to HEC too? Or only upload them online on the portal?
Every document from matric or equivalent onwards is required to be sent in original, along with a set of photocopies of each of these for HEC record. Other than this, you may submit any other photocopies that you wish to get attested, but remember that they attest original documents first and then its photocopy.

That is tricky as they wont respond to your emails, try making new account

Also I want to clarify whether we have to arrange photocopies and original of all the documents in one set (I.e. photocopy of degree and transcript, original degree and transcript, photocopy of matric, original of matric or we can make two sets separately for photocopy and original
@@muhammadusmankhan5121 oh sorry i thought this is for visa, for hec order doesnt matter much the guy at counter arranged himself. You need copies as well and there is a photocopier outside too

Yes transcript..... Actually I have the original degree which I wanted to attest . But have no transcript... And I didn't find any info about it on social media...

Then I must apply a duplicate copy from pu.... And waste of 20 days approximately
