the bigger the width of the rod the looser the curl, the smaller the width of the rod the tighter the curl. you should allow the perm solution/neutralizer to sit for the amount of time stated in the manufacturers instructions

aye bro what’s ur daily routine for ur hair , my hair got less curlier ever since i kept conditioning it and i’ve been trying cantu for 2 days now
Draco OMG first of all don’t use shampoo 🧴 and conditioner just 1once a week or none and get Cantu products for showering and after showering after that use Cantu on yo hair while is soaking wet and in the nights use some rollers for curls like for 3 months and that will help you get your curls back at 100 percent

Why didn’t you keep the perm solution or the neutralizer for about 1 hour to 2 hours how you usually do?
He wanted loose curls. So depending on how long you leave the solution will determine the tightness of the curls
FjCuts thank you! So you can leave it for 1-2 hours for any perm kit solution or it just matters on how tight you put the rods?
@@FjCuts That's incorrect - the only thing that determines the size of the curl is the size of the rod. The lotion has to be on long enough to break and reform the bonds in the hair and then the neutralizers fixes them in the new shape (curl). Leaving the lotion on for too little time will just mean that the curls are not permanent...

Barbers are trained to do perms, try different barbershops and a licensed barber may be able to provide the service. and yes permanent waves are the same as a perm, they are permanent meaning there’s no way to get rid of them completely other than cutting it off. Chemical relaxers are an option but aren’t really recommended as a way to get rid of a perm
I have a perm and whenever I wash or condition my hair I see my hair fall out and my hair is breaking. How do I fix this?
