- After Jaime hunts a Dall Sheep, our attention turns to other species. With several days left to hunt, we brave the elements to get the ram to a landing strip to move to an area where we're more likely to find caribou, grizzly bears, or gray wolves. But even after moving, the weather and the animals don't cooperate, and the trip turns into camping on the tundra.

You ask the question, “Is hunting fun?” It absolutely is. Anything worth driving yourself to sheer exhaustion, pushing yourself beyond your wildest imagination, feeling your heart pounding, the adrenaline surging through your body, finding some way to calm that enough to make the right decisions, and then beginning the work of hauling out your success. That success is not only meat, antlers, or any material object. It is also the life long stories you make. That is one of the most fun journeys to me. The telling of the stories of past. The memories shared with those no longer with us, and the ones we are still surrounded by. I believe it is the ultimate definition of the word “fun”. Always admire your guys’ work ethic, respect for the sport and animals, and the fact you bring us all along for the journey. Not just the kill, or the size of the animal, but the journey to get to and from that moment. Nothing better than that.
Whoever is narrating this is a true sportsman's poet. I've hunted last year up on the north slope and I think you really capture the essence of the experience. We chased Caribou all over the haul road and we figured out why they call it hunting and not killing. I love to every minute of it. I loved it so much that we bought a place right off the Hall Road Just below Yukon Camp

Great video and hunt. Not a fan of the voice overlay stuff that is overly cute/wordy/flowery...trying too hard. Would rather just hear about the hunt.
