You can tell the woman loves her job 💓 seems like an amazing woman in general to me.
I'd definitely take that charismatic and earthy voodoo priestess' tour!
She makes me want to go there just for her tour. 😊
A little bit of arrogance goes a long way in tours lol
I like the guy better.
I don’t like it when people say, “I’m gonna tell you about...” and then go off on a long tangent. Also the guy didn’t need his phone to use as a cheat sheet.
the tour guide is a lovely woman with great humor and great stories. Love ha
She truly was wonderful!
I really love the way she does her tour! I can tell she is the more to stick to the facts. I would like to to meet her someday
my wife and I stayed on the top floor and what we thought was people stomping in the halls in the early morning hours, we found out the next day when we complained about the noise we were the only ones on that floor that night..
WTF. That's creepy.
My mom & I stayed at the second hotel in this video the last time we were there, Le Richelieu on Chartres Street. Once in the room, I said out loud that I did not want to talk to any spirits & they left us alone.
i was supposed to go to new orleans for my birthday this month, but unfortunately cant because of coronavirus. thanks for filming this. the tour lady is so wholesome. hopefully i get to go there next year.
Hope you made it!! I just went last week and it was the best time!!
That's sad the Scam~ Plan-demic has screwed everybody's lives up. Sorry.
Don't get the fake Poisonous Jabs!!
Anyone watched “Originals”? Netflix it’s really entertaining.
Also check out legacies..or something like that... its about the main characters daughter.. Hope Michelson..that's how I ran into The Originals an put 2n2 together
Which was stupidly filmed mainly in an Atlanta suburb, as most anyone can tell!
@@lisellesloan3191 Most shootings are done there anyway, wouldn't surprise me if they did.
Yes. It was filmed in Conyers, GA. The street they used is really cool!
Originals ?
I watch this periodically since the guide is so cool, plus she teaches with humor.
13:35 “They were not going to tolerate any kind of revolutionary behavior.”
That’s one of the best lines I’ve ever heard 😂
Just came home yesterday from new Orleans and I'm dyin to go back!! I will be moving there one day lol I fell in luv with everything about this beautiful place and cant wait to go back in October ....its magical! The drinks and food were fantastic and the graveyards were absolutely my favorite part ...I was only there for 2 days but I managed to go explore 4 of them ...I luv everything about Louisiana!
I have lived in Louisiana all my life and NOLA is my favorite city!!
I went last month love to visit but not to live in there. Weird vibe off the French quarter
I am from here and own a few homes here but live in Chicago...I will be moving back here as well
Wonderful! A dream of mine is to go there! ♥️
Just spent 4 nights last weekend at La Richelieu that is about 13 minutes in this tour and cant say as we seen any ghosts or paranormal activity, but it is a wonderful place rich in history. And yes, they have the best Hurricanes there! They use real juice in them.
That's so cool I like her
I'm from SA Texas going to NOLA tomorrow and i'm excited to expereince the rich history this place has to offer.
We were walking around the French Quarter 10+ years ago. Walked through a nice hotel idk the name, but there was a woman sitting on a couch of the hotel lobby. We all noticed how strange she looked, she looked like a manakin but also looked like a person at the same time. She seemed to always be looking at you without moving her head or anything. We all walked by her and I went back to throw something away and she was gone!! NO WAY could she have even gotten up much less get out of the hotel lobby. I will never ever forget that. That’s just one of many many stories I have.
Very cool story!!
I’m from New Orleans and I love my city and my fellow Who Dats! We have some of the nicest most genuine people. Growing up here I had many friends that houses were haunted and I’ve experienced some shit I couldn’t explain that scared the 💩 outta me.
The Tour Guide’s name is Cindy Cochran. She is amazing. I wish I had booked one of her tours. I loved this video so much a did a search and she has lots of great reviews.
She was fabulous!
Thank you so much!
What a wonderful lady! Loved her passion.
The LaLaurie mansion was turned into apartments and one of my older coworkers had a friend that lived on the 3rd floor. She spent a few nights there, and had the worst nightmares. Her friend told her the story. The friend eventually had to move out. She couldn’t stand to live there. Apparently the apartment was beyond beautiful and the courtyard is one of the best in the city.
Nicolas Cage owned it for awhile.
Oh yeah! It’s okie spooky! Some oil dude from Dallas owns it. It has one of the best courtyards in the quarter. And it’s not even the og lalarie mansion. It holds some dark energy l, regardless.
I had drinks at The Golden Lantern a few years ago with this tour guide. I bought her a drink to tell me a story, I was mesmerized by her story and personality. I cant find her card does anyone know her name?
I believe she has a great you tube channel. Bloody Mary New Orleans. Try that, she has a musium & wonderfully old house. She writes books & is a real practicioner
See edit
Thank you, I dont believe that is her, this lady was older then Bloody Mary. Thanks even though.
@@karlynnelangerak4549
Nope. Not Bloody Mary. Bloody Mary is much younger snd a voodoo preistess.
Her name is Cindy Cochran.
i love her whit and humour.
In love with the tour guide.
That your lady guide was amazing I can’t wait to do a tour one day
Best video on New Orleans, just watch it to perk up my spirits. The guide is the best, and your family is def having fun together!
Love this, and I am watching it after first seeing it when just released. You are just fun to watch, and it reminded me so much of my love for Charleston.
Thanks a lot for recording your tour we never got one because they are too expensive :(
Glad you enjoyed it. The tours are definitely worth it in person if you get a chance to go back.
On average, how expensive are they? We will be there in November, and this would really be interesting to us.
@@dragracegurl1 25 dollars
my mom would say "draw a picture , u don't need another thing to break " 🥴🤣
Great Video👍 I’m taking my husband to New Orleans for his 50th this June and I’m really excited😆
Thank you for posting this. Been to New Orleans a few times & haven’t done the actual tour. Really appreciate this footage & well put together. Engaging & makes the viewer feel like a 6th member of your kin.
The lounge you featured was Le Richelieu. My go to when I visit N.O.L.A. best family run hotel ever. God bless Mr.Frank. I will remember you and your kindness forever.
First shot of the civil war was in South Carolina fort Sumter
I still watch this periodically,so love y’all as well as the awesome tour guide!
Born and raised in Baton Rouge, haven’t been in Louisiana for 9 yrs and watching a few vids as a refresher when I visit with a few friends later this year. Thanks for sharing this video
This Is A Wonderful Channel That You Have Here, Thank You So Much !!!
This woman is so awesome. Best tour guide!
She was fantastic!
Sir Camsworth Yesss! She is awesome! How do you book a tour with her? Goin in 4 days...btw
Cemone' Michelle I don’t remember her name unfortunately but they’re one of the higher respected tour guides in the NOLA area!! I wish I had more info I’m sorry. We booked it through a family member of mine.
Ok thx! But wht exactly is the name of the tour? So we can try and book it! Plz n Thk you
I really enjoyed New Orleans. And grew up A lot there. I love to visit from time to time.
that was a wonderful tour, full of details and local lore. thank you for sharing!
Love this lady’s attitude, walking history lesson , Thanks for sharing.
She was fantastic!
Love the guide! She's perfect for her position!
We visited New Orleans a few yeras ago and it was an amazing experience. We booked 2 different ghost tours, one during the day and one at night. The first tour was ok but the guide seemed bored and not very passionate about the stories. The 2nd one was very cool. He told the stories with with some emotion and you just kept listening. Very cool experience. This lady has also a cool and genuine way to tell the stories. If you're in New Orleans and you try a tour like this, don't hesitate to do a second one. It's always a little different depending on the guide ⚜ loved the city
From now on this is on my bucketlist !
Omg I’ve met this lady! She did our cemetery tour ! She’s super nice
This woman is a spitting image of Ann Dowd.
Oh ok, I knew she reminded me of someone. "Aunt Lydia" from A Handmaid's Tale on HULU. Elizabeth Moss is also in it.
Thank you, this was great. The guide really knows the history of New Orleans.
Her tours are definitely worth it ❤
Thanks for the video, can't wait to visit in less than two months!
Thanks so much for sharing this! The tour guide was fun and informative, never boring! Will definitely trek to NOLA soon! 👍
Big Easy I love New Orleans”
Proud to call it home
I have been coming to NO for the past 40 years and I actually learned two things from this video. I like the presenters, I have seen them on a couple of cruise videos. They are a lot of fun. Keep up the good videos :).
I wish I could show you. I took a picture of a streetcar and inside the car is tons of apparitions. There is a woman sitting down "living person" and sitting next to her is a man wearing a red shirt and hat. She was the only person on the car. You can see through him and also see numerous shadow people. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE New Orleans. It will always be my heart and soul.
Oh that sounds so cool!!
@@EECCTravels it is! There is no denying what it is either.
Great job on this video....FUN!
Thank you so much for posting this vid. this a place im dying to visit but too difficult because im legally blind. Watching this made me feel like I was there and made my day. thanks again
That was loads of fun and you have a very handsome family too. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing this video!!!❤️ I love watching “walking tours”, they’re always so interesting.
We truly enjoyed it! She did a great job and we plan on doing another one of these tours on our next trip to New Orleans
Very interesting tour. Thank you.
Another great video
This lady is a DAMN GOOD EXPERIENCED TOUR GUIDE. I CANT WAIT TILL I VISIT.
Your tour guide was awesome! you video was done well, Thank you for sharing your Trip to New Orleans 😊
Incredibly enjoyable
Great video! Thanks for sharing.
This is a fantastic video! Well done, entertaining and very informative! Can't wait for my trip to NOLA in 2 months!!!
Thank you! I really can't recommend this tour enough. It was fun and informative, I learned a lot about the architecture of the French Quarter!
I have never visited but I'm adding to my bucket list for sure. So much history, amazing architecture and the vibe seems cool. Looking forward to doing some traveling after this pandemic ends if it ever does.
That tour guide is awesome! She makes every littles things fun! We're from Quebec and planning to make one of our next trip to N.O! Happy to see that they make those touring obtion!
Great video loved the ladies stories
I just love her! 😂❤
Amazing thank you guys
So great to see this video that was made long before covid messed everything up...this is another great video...thank you for making them. Its like being there in the Quarter.
Nice video. Your tour guide was very good. 😊 I loved New Orleans. 🥰 I watched your video while celebrating my Mardi Gras dinner, Shrimp Etouffee 🦐🥘🥄
Love that city. So much beauty, history and great people. Just watch out for the not-so-nice elements too but there are far more good people then bad.
What are the negatives? Considering going there for vacation soon
Debi Dooms 6 months later is probably too late, but one of the major street scams is for people to bet you they can tell you where you got your shoes ... don’t lose your money, because you got your shoes on your feet on the streets of New Orleans.
Nawlins is a wonderful town and the people are awesome, but it definitely has a very dark side.
I can tell she loves her career and giving these tours
Excellent tour!
This was very enjoyable to watch & educational. ❤️
This is the best ghost tour I’ve seen so far
Why so little about Marie Lavoue,? She is as prominent as Madame LaLaurie, in New Orleans!
There is a whole separate voodoo tour where she is very important. The tour guide only touched on voodoo on this haunted tour.
Kelleymarie Jones each tour guide covers certain spots, events and people more. There are a few guides that mention her more than anything else. There is so much to cover in New Orleans that not every tour guide can mention everything especially in detail
@@EECCTravels Do you have video of the separate voodoo tour? Or did you not take that one?
Yes, I agree, I would love the Tour Guides Info, I would totally Book wth her!
Wow I learned so much from this thank you
Thank you so much for your video. You have a lovely family.
Thanks for the video 🤗❤️
This was sooo much fun. I enjoyed your husband’s remarks and your boys seemed like great people. You did a great job filming the tour guide and she did a great job too. You also picked up the atmosphere of the Quarter. I am a native and have spent a good deal of time in the Quarter. There is so much history there and beauty as well. I was glad to hear your family loves to visit the city and maybe one day I’ll run into ya’ll and I will introduce myself and do what I can to make your stay a little more fun!!
Urg!!!! I love informational travels!!!! The best ride at Universal Studios in California was the tour of the park for me!
Thank you for uploading! Enjoyed it!
I'm from Louisiana, I went to New Orleans two days ago. I don't go as often as I should.
We don't go as often as we should either but are going back in two weeks :)
I love the city; I am from New Orleans..I haven't been on one of these tours, but I would love to * I just don't want to go alone!🌬
Your guide was a true Sweetheart!
If we ever go to America, New Orleans is where we will head (in winter) then Alaska to really get cold!
The south for the food, music and mmmm, just being where my best friend grew up.
Alaska for pure beauty and hurrah - cold.
Pretty much over humidity. We are Queenslanders
Great guide.
Really enjoyed the video. Been to New Orleans several times and never took a ghost tour.
Missing my NOLA during the pandemic. Thanks for uploading this.
Thanks for sharing this... I know I'll never make it out to N.O. so this is as real as it gets...
I look forward to traveling again. I would like to visit New Orleans next year.
Awesome video. Felt like I was apart of it! Very sweet and informative!
Looks a lot like a ceramic teacher of mine who was like a mother to me, she passed away, I’d like to think this is her still livin and educating
Great video plus I like the tour lady !!!
You all are so cute! Great job on this video! Love NOLA!
Thank you! This was a great tour and NOLA is an amazing city!
This was very informative and so much fun to watch! Thanks for sharing this 💐 So cool to visit places through the internet since coronavirus prevents us from going out 😄😉
Very cool video, I'm going back tomorrow! I go every year!!! I

We're going the end of the month for our 40th anniversary, ( a year late thanks to COVID) and. love all of the EECC travel videos. They make it easy to plan a weekend trip.
Have a wonderful trip to NOLA!!
Omg James Hendry was with yall!!!
The guy with the violin reminds of Lestat's violin I can't wait for the TV show The Vampire Cornichls my bad spelling And Anne Rice and her son are going to produce it and call the shoot's and it is way better that way anyway's .
