Ye angrejo ka system tha, ek jagah ke aadmi ko Dusre jagah posting dena, taaki local logo ke liye koi sensitivity naa rahe us aadmi ki. Bohot ghatiya system hai, change hona chahiye ye system. Bohot saare jobs me aisa hai.... Jo kam karta hai uske liye bhi local logo ko service dena problem hota hai, aur jin logo ko service milti hai unhe bhi problem hoti hai.

I have a few questions regarding SBI PO. 1) Will I be paid during my training days? 2) Will my training centre be away from my home? 3) What is the total duration of the training? 4) As a female can I get home posting during my job? 5) Can I choose to stay in SBI Quarter or Lease Accommodation?
1) Yes, your service starts from Day 1 of training. You will also get extra training stipend along with your salary 2) Nearest SBILD to your house inside the circle alloted to you 3) In SBI, 21 days of first training (25 including sundays and stuff). Then 4.5 months posting in General Banking branch then again 21 days training then 5 months posting in SME Branch and then 1 years Rural/Semi-Urban posting as a passing officer 4) No, during probation there is no preference given. Your circle will be allotted only on the basis of merit and reservation. After confirmation, you can apply for ICT (Inter Circle Transfer) to get home circle where female employees get a mild preference but getting home city posting is very difficult 5) Mostly quarters are already occupied. If you are lucky you might get it but I will recommend Leased Accomodation. Get it near to your branch to cut transit times and you will be able to get way better flat compared to SBI quarters (if you are not posted in metro cities)
