Boss 06 is week, and 17 is the year, please correct yourself, the tyers were not made in 2006, they were manufactured in 2017, still they were to be considered as expired, and need to be changed, tyer's maximum life is 4 years inclusive of shelflife.

I think the cosmetics such as wrap and detailing should be done at the end when all the mechanical work such as AC issues, suspension issues, and Engine & Transmission Oil Leakage should be solved.
