First mark where the holes are going to be drilled by placing the channel against the wall and with a marker pen dot through the holes of the channel.

Mount suction cup to a clean dust free surface, use a masonry bit just a little larger then the screw but smaller then the channel, drill through the tile only not into the wall board. Drill all the holes marked out, then pre tap the wall board.

If the wall lining is cement board you will need to use a self tapping screw to get the hole started so the screws provided can go throw, if the wall linings are gib or ply you don't need to pre tap.

Screw back the channel with stainless steel screws provided, then install glass, seal with clear silicon.
