There is a great idea! For the dark side of the Universe - suppose that it consists of short-term interactions in long-lived fractal networks, the smallest quantum operators - Spherical «rosebuds», consisting of a large set; 1 - rolled into a sphere, 2 - half rolled into a sphere and 3 - flat, vibrating quantum membranes relative to their working centers in the sphere..
Well that's sort of a busted metaphor... Fish clearly can see out of the water, and can swim up and down. I get that he is talking about the concept of flat landers in easily relatable terms.. but even if all fish stayed at the same depth, they CAN see a human inches from the surface, something we would not be able to do Nth dimensionally.
anthony wilson he meant fish in a pond having very little water that they cannot swim up or down. Can the fish come out and experience our world? Does it know there is a world outside their pond...
What about if these universes are all really one that are all existing within multiple states or places (multiple universes) but all existing within the same same space. Like a stack of papers and a back dot in each, the dots may make a two dimensional line that all of the dots exist in, but not in the 3 dimensions they all exist in.
Yes it is correct that fish can go up and down and they can see mega verse.... If universe is in another megaverse and megaverse in another mega verse so is there any possibility to make it in final level
"In the last 5 years the data is almost conclusive". This clip is at least 8 years old. As far as I know there is as yet zero empirical data describing a multiverse, much less 11 dimensions. It's great to dream, investigate and do scientific inquiry, but when you claim the data is "almost conclusive" you should be able to actually back it up with something. Otherwise you might fairly be labeled a kook.
@@pillapvsrsubbaro5788 well if you think that everything up until now that we thought was right, turned out to be wrong! true wisdom is knowing just how little we really know! We are more advanced than chimps, but only just! ..

billyblackburn87 But there is.....I don't know much about this, so I advise you to do more research for yourself instead of listening to my stupidity, but many models by very smart physicists and mathematicians throughout the last few years have predicted that our universe is more than 3 dimensions with 1 dimension of time. These "string" dimensions, at super compact and small levels, help explain a lot of phenomenas in science like big bangs, how gravity might work, and more. If you are looking for definitive answers though, sorry, no one can give you any. But M Theory, and all these other theories, are very much alive, and in the pursuit of assuming they are true we have discovered a lot. I may not know much about this, but I know to say there is most certain not "no evidence". Like I said, we use and explore these theories today, and if they were wrong then we would know. Not to say they are completely accurate too, I'm sure MANY ideas being thrown around today are completely false, but I'm sure a lot are accurate as well, and until proven completely false we are going to keep pursuing theories like m theory
I have done research. They say they have created a mathematical model. That means nothing if they don't know it exists. You can create a mathematical model of anything you want to fit. It's called confirmation bias. He says "believe". If there is evidence you don't "believe"
ruatsanga white you can't fault this guy too much, science always looked down on religion because of the lack of empirical evidence with which to support their beliefs. The funny part is that the scientists have become the 'priests' of olde, they tell us that they understand the universe on a fundamental level, but they can't actually show us evidence only ever conjecture and theory, basically they claim to have special knowledge about existence and to just trust them on it.
Che Guevara Vibrating strings are possibly fundamental, atoms and particles are probably not. Not to sound patronising, but please read and think more is my advice instead of formulating conclusions based on a limited understanding.
The only evidence for or against string theory actually went against it. Cern's results on the higs boson particle make the mulitverse far less likely. Being against string theory is what science has asked us to do so far.
Because normally when you put your nose against something they know what hyperspace is.
He's discussing Hyperspace, not M-theory. He wrote a book called, "Hyperspace" and uses this example.
He did mention m theory here when he explained the membrane like bubbles
What year did this clip come out and on what program?

fish do not swim up and down? weird, cause i have a fish tank and they swim from the bottom to the top when i feed them.

Excellent phycist Michio kaku
Why is there no date on this video?
Mindblowing🤯
Why would multiple dimensions explain parallel universes? What the heck do they have anything to do with each other?
parallel universes wouldn't exist in our dimension, they most likely exist in the 5th dimension
_'SLIDERS'_
How about DMT theory
This never went anywhere did it
Time is a flat circle
And water

Clicks in to learn more about M- Theory .. "Extra terrestrials" in the first 3 seconds .. Well, I guess im out
M-theory.... the only desire of this powerfull reality.
Comprehension... it is an desire.
Yes to comprehend is the way to get everythink

Who invented the concept of M Theory plz?
Edward Witten(Mathematical physicist) developed the Mystery Theory. Btw Great physics playlist 👍🏼
Would this theory if held true fall under The United States DOD or DHS?

m theory
We know nothing!!!
Only God knows
Humans have little knowledge of universe

Multivers
M theory because flat earth isn't bad enough.
IrelandVonVicious That's a fair assumption.
"I believe" So wheres the evidence? It sounds like a religion.
semantics. read the text he's referring to and studies done on quantum physics. it isn't blind faith. and at least his beliefs are malleable.
Not really. Religion is blind faith, this is not. This came from science and data
Aden it didn't though. What data said there is multiple dimensions? Extrodanary claims require Extrodanary evidence. There is none.

Somehow I just can't buy this String Theory, it is more like fantasy. May also say that it has never been proven.
i see ur not too scientific...u rather believe in ur common sense rather than what science has discovered recently
String theory has not unified general relativity and quantum mechanics after trying for the last 100 years or so, do you know something I do not know?
