Luglio è così: un mese che per tanti atleti sta diventando sempre più di transizione tra la prima e la seconda parte dell’estate.
C’è un articolo su Outside (www.trailrunne...) che si intitola Why we keep reading and writing race reports, in cui mi sono parecchio riconosciuto, perchè sono sia consumatore che editor dei race reports.
Dal mio primo diario di allenamenti e gare, su un taccuino acquistato alla mostra di Joan Mirò a Villa Olmo, a Como, ai vari fogli, pagine blog, post su instagram, attività su strava, fino ad arrivare qui.
Magari non interessano a nessuno, ma il valore intrinseco che esiste nel processare queste esperienze, nel tradurle in un formato fruibile da altre persone, è probabilmente sufficiente. Just like covering the distance of the race itselt, the personal transformation is enough.
