The voice is very similar, but don’t push. It is not the same and he even skipped certain parts of "screams" of Axl. Not to mention that there was editing. If the idea was to make it too close to axl's voice, they did it, but If was to make equal, they didin’t.

Sure, some of the AI and other covers a good and improving. But I still want the real HUMAN, authentic Axl and Guns and Roses, no matter how old and decrepit looking and sounding they get. It's this authentic human connection thing , a k8nd of love affair between the REAL human artists and their loyal, true fans. The others are good but they can never substitute for the real original artist's live presence in th the same space as their fans, sharing their musical experience, emotionally. However this is a good way yo keep their music and memory alive gor future generations and allow these mature age artists to RIP, in their twilight years, let technology or other human imitators do all the hard work performing to entertain insatiable fans with endless appetite for destructive sounding hard rock/metal/rock bottom type heavy blues etc. What surprises me is not seeing AI etc covers of other great older age artists eg Rolling Stones, Beatles, Queen, ABBA and other such big famous name groups. Why?

The moment you realise Gn'R is essentially a country/blues/rock band that added distortion pedals and cranked up the volume.. RUclipsrs production these days are amazing. I can't even imagine the amount of work needed for you lads to produce this...The gear, the skills, the sound production and all.... Well done, it's really well made.

Unreal. If I didn't know ahead of time, I would have absolutely thought This was g n r legitimately doing an acoustic appetite for destruction. Which i've been foaming at the mouth for decades for, by the way. Hands down the best cover/tribute I've ever heard. The minor Changes and liberties you took here and there are changes that someone would make when arranging an album like that for the acoustic. I don't know that "cover" or "tribute" does it justice even. It's so spot on it almost seems like you had to have cheated. I'm not suggesting that you did at all. I'm just having a hard time wrapping my brain around the fact that that was not guns and roses that I just heard. Unreal. Bravo. For real. That was exactly how it should have been done. Im sure you all hear 1,000 mistakes, but what i heard was perfection. Live and raw like it should be. I will listen to this over and over again just like I have with the actual album itself for the past almost 40 years.

@@Karlgolden I have had many people tell me that I can do a decent Axl Rose impression... but wow, it really puts a tremendous strain on my vocal cords. I can do death metal vocals for several songs, but singing something like "you could be mine" hurts for about a full day. 😆 Jonathan is obviously very very talented!!!! I don't think they are very many people in the world that could pull off the ending to rocket Queen the way he did on this recording. I was blown away!

Sure, some of the AI and other covers a good and improving. But I still want the real HUMAN, authentic Axl and Guns and Roses, no matter how old and decrepit looking and sounding they get. It's this authentic human connection thing , a k8nd of love affair between the REAL human artists and their loyal, true fans. The others are good but they can never substitute for the real original artist's live presence in th the same space as their fans, sharing their musical experience, emotionally. However this is a good way yo keep their music and memory alive gor future generations and allow these mature age artists to RIP, in their twilight years, let technology or other human imitators do all the hard work performing to entertain insatiable fans with endless appetite for destructive sounding hard rock/metal/rock bottom type heavy blues etc. What surprises me is not seeing AI etc covers of other great older age artists eg Rolling Stones, Beatles, Queen, ABBA and other such big famous name groups. Why?

Unreal. If I didn't know ahead of time, I would have absolutely thought This was g n r legitimately doing an acoustic appetite for destruction. Which i've been foaming at the mouth for decades for, by the way. Hands down the best cover/tribute I've ever heard. The minor Changes and liberties you took here and there are changes that someone would make when arranging an album like that for the acoustic. I don't know that "cover" or "tribute" does it justice even. It's so spot on it almost seems like you had to have cheated. I'm not suggesting that you did at all. I'm just having a hard time wrapping my brain around the fact that that was not guns and roses that I just heard. Unreal. Bravo. For real. That was exactly how it should have been done. Im sure you all hear 1,000 mistakes, but what i heard was perfection. Live and raw like it should be. @@Karlgolden I have had many people tell me that I can do a decent Axl Rose impression... but wow, it really puts a tremendous strain on my vocal cords. I can do death metal vocals for several songs, but singing something like "you could be mine" hurts for about a full day. 😆 Jonathan is obviously very very talented!!!! I don't think they are very many people in the world that could pull off the ending to rocket Queen the way he did on this recording. I was blown away!
