Also the reasons given here are pretty stupid,in democracy you expect individual to rise to the stature of the position he/she hold otherwise if your Judiciary is so involved in politics then Suo Motto or not they will give political judgements.At the end of the day constitution is just book ,in order for it to be implemented in spirit you need people of high moral values otherwise however great your constitution is people will find out loopholes to abuse power.

Indian judiciary has evolved a doctrine of "Basic Structure". Supreme court has the right to declare law , null and void , passed by parliament if it goes against Basic structure of Indian constitution. But court does not define basic structure. In 1951 , nehru started land reforms . But " right to property" ( then) was a fundamental rights. Nehru made amendment to contitution and added 9th shedule to contitution . Any law added to 9th shedule is beyond judicial review. But the requirement to add law to 9th shedule is "2/3 Rd" majority in both houses..... Normal laws need 1/2 simple majority PS: in India , government employment and education has 49% reservation , upper limit fixed by supreme court. But state of Tamil Nadu has 70% reservation at provincial level. The law was added to 9th shedule and supreme did not touch it. But court remarked they did not null d law , cuz it was not violation of basic structure of constitution

On courts orders sedition law is put on freeze since a year till govt comes with a new law explaining what all is sedition and what's not to avoid mis use of law. ONE SIMPLE QUESTION THAT LHC,IHC AND PAKISTAN SUPREME COURT WILL REMAIN BUSY WITH PTI MATTERS MOST OF THE TIME KEEPING OTHER LITIGANT'S MATTERS AT BAY. OTHER POOR LITIGANTS LANGUISHING IN THE CORRIDORS OF COURTS.
Indian cheif justice Gogoi in 2018 was part of the bench of 3 which took sexual harrasment case against himself ... And got "cleared" (death of principle of natural justice).After retirement he was nominated by BJP as Rajyasabha member ( upper house). His bench was d one which gave the "babri Majid demolition case " , verdict was favourable to BJp and RSS position...
That was a mockery of the judiciary, despite CJI defending that 'it was a mistake in hindsight and judges are also humans and not perfect etc'
False info. The female who charged sexual harrasment claim on him to stop his promotion, didn't even ever meet him.. no shred proof what so ever was given to justify her fake claims. Her case was proven false coz she didn't get a shred of evidence. Also not just gogoi rest judges too gave favour of ram temple compensation aka coz ram statue and under neath temple ruins were found by archeological dept. 4 out of 5 judges sed give land to build temple and told temple authorities to give double amount of land and build mosque to compensate it as mosque can be built anywhere they didn't have specific imp to it, unlike the temple who consider it birthplace of ram..it was fair and good judgement. Even in Islam it's not a mosque nor can Muslims pray there if temple ruins, statues exists in it or made mosque demolishin temple. And most good judges get governor and other posts, post retirement Congress has given more than 70 judges good post..
Allarjun u are a liar. Ram temple case is 5 judges case, not 3 judge. And 4 out of 5 had supported same verdict. So tryin to target gogoi as if he was biased is laughable coz rest judges sed same thing..despite they not getting any post. All the judges were steller go read their judgement how balanced it is.. before spreadin Ur fake propoganda. This ain't paxtan. The judges here give verdict based on facts available
