I'm a blacksmith here in rural Australia and know all about showers and baths through the day , i often jump in the car drive 2 mins to the river and walk in until covered, overalls and all , jump back in the car and head back to the workshop , through summer i start at 4 am and finish all forge work by 12 mid day , cheers to you folks there
Could you do a video where he goes to a scrapyard and picks out the right kinds of metal for toolmaking? I would very much appreciate and enjoy it! Thank you!
Amazing KK Daily - that will be nice. Like the videos show him getting the stuff and the videos show how the person is going to use the tool that he made them.
He certainly has the understanding of temporing metal. His differential temporing is wonderful and difforent than you see here in the US. Tell him thankyou for sharing his knowledge to us wherever we are located.
This isn't a pipe tomahawk, it would be considered a hammer poll tomahawk. A pipe tomahawk has a hole drilled into the face of the hammer poll and a hole Diller all the way through the long axis of the handle so that you can smoke tobacco with it. But, really nice job. This is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship.
The Metal Art at it's best... my grandpa was a black smith and I learnt the Art from an uncle .... Amazing Skills Sir... if I were you I will only sharpen the blade and smooth the hammer head.... Live the marks of your labor and the spirit of of the Master Black Smith in every stroke of the hammer there is represent the very soul of the creator... live your soul for ever in the pieces you are creating.... thank you for the video
Thanks for the idea ... I hope that I want to be an Apprentice to learn about bladesmithing ....... More amazing idea brother From your neighbor country From the Philippines
Lenblacksmith you are also a blacksmith you trust the quality while some other people always argue with it. They think that quenching in water is not good at all.
@@AmazingKKDaily Some people don't know, In Nepal where they make the Kukri, they use water to temper the edge too, and I watched video's from there and made Kukri's and used the method they used, works perfectly.

I like that he used the modern method of attaching the head to the top and fixing it with a wedge. (Instead of the historic method of threading a tapered handle through the eye butt-end first, and friction fitting it without any wedges.) The historic method is obnoxious and tends to come loose at the most annoying of times. This way you get the looks of a hammer-poll tomahawk, but with the practicality of a modern hatchet. :)
That root grew for so many years and destroyed in seconds

his skills are what are expected of blacksmiths but the excellence is from the simplicity of his set up. par excellence.

Little by little he can improve his knowledge of English from English speaking followers. It is a cool idea to learn another language.
