Really enjoyed your Sunday ride today The road at Tan Hill is absolutely brilliant up on those moors. I am up there for a holiday in a couple of weeks but it will be in the car! However like you I’m planning a Scotland trip in September not the north coast 500 like you too... I’m planning to head to the outer Hebrides Harris Lewis never been there before see what happens that will have to be after my six of September bomber in Lincolnshire. May even go that evening directly from Lincs. Safe riding. Cheers for the great vids.

I've started taking my son out on the bike the last year or so, he's just turned 15. My daughter is a little small despite only being two years younger than him. He's very excited to get his cbt and later his A2, and I plan on riding with him regularly and teaching him as much advanced riding as possible so he's safe and smart on the bike. Life will always have a few risks and personally I can't imagine life without my bikes. Hoping they'll be as therapeutic and enjoyable for my kids too.
Always interesting hearing about people's tire choices. I pretty much swear by Pilot Road 5s on all my road bikes, swapping out to bridgestones or stickies for track days. Never found a better tyre for wet weather confidence, and the squaring off in the middle isn't half as bad due to the multi compound design with longer lasting rubber in the mid section. Not cheap, but long lasting and performance for roughly legal road speeds is spot on.
Daughter when she was 10years old did her first full National Rally on the back of my Z750 and the following 5 years, she wouldn’t let me go without her, even on my ZZR1100 A natural pillion never knew she was on back other daughter was terrible pillion banned from pillion
great ride out for you today to get the Netherlands out of your system and return to normality ! Have yet to do Tan Hill and like the route after to Leyburn and on to Hawes. Like the look of Marks's tyres but have settled on Road Pilot 5's this year. Pity you did not get anything to eat or drink at the Tan, would like to know if it is worth having, think a hot coffee was in order, it won't be long before they get snow up there, usually in late October. Scotland trip sounds awesome (need a new drone)

Hi. Not even interested on the MT10, was just checking out naked bike videos. Your vids are great, realy enjoy them. Im thinking of buying a CB500f from a Ninja 300. Just wondering, your expert opinion on naked bikes with wind and cold compaired to a faired bike. All the very best from here in South Australia, ride safe and stay well Sir. New SUB.
Hi Glen, so depends what you want them for really. Most naked bikes will take a touring screen for touring and take it off for daily riding. I just got back from a 1100 mile trip with small screen and was great. Other than adventure bikes, sport bikes fully faired but going out of fashion here in U.K. and mainly used for the track. I prefer naked or adventure bikes comfy and upright. Thanks for the sub and watching. I have a mate on a bike in Adelaide 👍🙏

My son and daughter grew up riding behind me on the bikes I have had and they loved it not they have their own bikes and we ride together a lot we all have sena's so we can take to each other while we are riding the only thing is we don't stop much now a days because of Culvert 19

Hey, no it’s a different app to Calimoto, tbh I prefer it over Calimoto one, lot more user friendly interface! I use it as it’s so easy also to drop a link under my videos so if anyone needs a route they can click the link and it’s ready to go in their app to do same route. I don’t use it as a sat nav as I use copilot but for this idea it works for me and I’m building up some nice routes on scenic where every one can see.

How is the riding position on the MT-10? I’m considering buying one but my lower back tends to get strained when I’m in a sporty riding position.
Mt10 is upright position so good for backs.as I too suffer lower back issues 👍

I tried the free version and had issues so didn’t pursue the paid version. TBH I only use scenic to log my ride and pass link on to others.
