- I only went to Alaska with 1 major goal. To fly a backcountry aeroplane. My expectations were completely exceeded and I was shown a time I will never forget in my life. This is that story in 22 minutes.
A special thanks to @blueriveraviation4966 and those involved and mentioned in the video.
Alaska and its people stole my heart and I will be back.

Glad to hear you had a wonderful time. I’ve been fortunate to visit Alaska, I live in the US, and I have to admit, it was an amazing trip for me as well. Between the rugged landscapes, as well as the wildlife, and the people who live there it was wonderful. Thank you for putting this video together. It was spectacular. I would have to put this one at the top of the videos you’ve created.

This is an epic masterclass in videography and sound design .. lekka bru, so very lekka
Thank you 🙌 Appreciate the comment
Whatever Alaska has I’m sure Northern Canada, Siberia, Greenland, Quebec has as well except the king 🦀. I think Oz and Argentina will have bush piloting too cuz of remoteness and low density. Love to see you in more places.
I had an Uncle who was a bush pilot in Alaska back in the 50's when my dad was stationed up there installing the DEW line. I have an older brother and sister who were born there.
A life of flying up there would have no doubt been fulfilling
Amaaaaazing bud!
Thanks so much :)

Interesting motivation-- fly good, don't suck 😂😂😂
Awesome 👍
Well done 👏
Thank you 😁

Often times those ✈️ deliver supplies or people. And even just to go shopping. How much room is back there? How many people can fit.
I was 45 when I saw snow the first time. I even Hunter in Alaska twice and there was no snow both times I went. Now I want to go see Pietr in Africa and hunt baboons with him. New life goal.
JW is a class of it´s own. Remember my words I told you once: Hollywood is calling. And if you´re there, give me a call, I´m going to visit you ;o)
Jared look up Trent Palmer if you haven't. Good flying vids.
As fellow 🇿🇦 Well done!!!
Thanks so much Helgardt
If you can adjust your camera shutter angle to 180, you will capture natural prop motion the way your eye see's it .
I did for many shots but I didn’t have an ND filter with me unfortunately and there were a few specs on my camera sensor, so when I adjusted my aperture, the specs became more visible and ruined the shot. I opted for higher shutter speed with a low aperture and therefore you wouldn’t have noticed specs.
However I do wish I was able to capture that natural blur 🔥🫶🏼
How they know the frozen lake they land on is thick enough support weight?
Fing beautiful bud.
Thanks Adam
Whats the storyline here...
What’s the hidden question ?
Joh
Booked your ticket yet?
I'm gob smacked, as I'm sure you were.
I was 100%
check out Trent Palmer
Bought my plane because of him
Mr Mazz you mean, "Mr Trent Palmer, check THIS out!".....lol
It's more fun getting paid to fly in Alaska (Helicopters)
Waiting for my invite 😉

❄"I love snow, so much! It's so much cooler than rain." Literally. 😁🏔
Seriously, though, for your first time seeing snow in person, Alaska is a top choice. Alaska probably has some of the best, if not the best/pure snow in the United States. Colorado is up there as well. When I lived in Ohio, I loved it when it snowed. (My parents not so much, because the power usually went out. 😆) I live in Texas now and the "snow" we get in my area is generally slush. (The panhandle gets real snow more often, though. Or so I've heard.)
Haha Thanks for the comment and glad you enjoyed it!
