Any idea why I can't see the text or what I am typing in the font preview window???

You need to add the plug in.

@@ErickSu1 Definitely, the question is what problem? I have tried it with Firefox, Chrome and Edge. The only thing I can imagine is that it tries to connect some server and it does not work due to our firewall, especially as it does not allow any connections to facebook. But maybe this is just a paranoia of mine 👾
