I think that Avalanche is the base attack and snowstorm is the upgraded version

the ringer attack hits 1 tick away from someone so if a direct hit was on 100 86 then you would do 100 85 or 100 87 and you would hit him with the ringer and the heavy ringer is 2 ticks over
hover ball isnt really hard to hit either because it hovers for 1 tick so all you have to do is go 1 tick back and it will hit for example, if a direct shot was on 100 77 you would just shoot at 100 76 and it would hover for that one tick

Steve the tail of your Pinger went about less than an inch under the 2 times damage from the view I see of this. Jerome covering Dropsy for the first few minutes of play with his camera placement.
ringer has a radius of 1 (100 power, 89 angle) and heavy ringer has a radius of 2.
If you shoot yourself, the ringer will hit at 89 angle to both sides

Jerome when u get the tier 1 of a weapon or the worst original version u clan click the highest version of it you have unlocked and it equips that weapon for example if you got grenade you click multi grenade and switch it to that attack same with nukes
Pretty sure that only works if they set up the game with choose weapon level turned on
