Thank you so much! This is actually super useful video… I’m going in January and I’m more convinced that I need to even bring less stuff than I had planned to.
Thank you for such an informative video. I would like to see the clothes fit into that cube and see how you pack the backpack. I'm always curious about that part as well.
@@karenc5211 thank you! We are working on the follow up video now. Will be done in a couple days. Enjoy your trip and let me know if you have any questions!
Very helpful video! I'm doing the O trek in March. What are your thoughts on wearing gaiters? Also, what style of Brooks do you have? I wear LA Sportiva trail runners and am thinking about making a switch. Thanks!
@@christinagagelmann9362 thanks for commenting! You’ll love the O Trek. I don’t use gaiters and haven’t seen anyone else using them on the W or O. I wear brooks cascadia trail runners. Let me know if you have any other questions and enjoy your trek!
Thanks so much for the info! I do have a follow-up question: I typically don't wear gortex shoes because they don't breathe and take long to dry. I've heard folks recommend gortex shoes for Patagonia. Are your Brooks the gortex version?
@ My current Brooks are not the Gortex version. I was very lucky with the weather this time and didn’t have any rain. My feet got a little wet with a couple of the river crossings but they dried quickly. If it’s pouring I don’t think it will matter if you have Gortex or not, everyone’s feet are going to be soaked.
We run group trips throughout the entire year to beautiful hikes all over the world. We go to Patagonia every year due to its popular demand from our clients
Here is our post gear review! We talk about everything we needed and things we didn’t use on our trek.
