That is true. The guy in the first and last frame of the video is Richard Deacon the artist, not the actor. I don't know why they would put him in this video about the actor.

Some of the photos of “older” Richard Deacon is not him, but of a European artist/sculptor who happen to share his name and slight bald appearance. But the gentleman in those photos is not the actor Richard Deacon.

A handsome young friend took me to Numbers restaurant on Sunset Strip around 1978, where successful closeted gay actors could meet young proteges, some of them became famous actors themselves. I turned at the bar and was face to face with Richard who was ordering drinks for friends waiting for a table. I didn't know exactly what to say so I thanked him for all the laughs he'd given me as a kid in his movies and on TV. He was polite but I later learned you were not to acknowledge anyone famous there.
He also did the Disney series Annette and was on i dream of jeannie. And countless other sitcoms.
He was on CHiPs. He played Ponch's HS principal

The first picture and the last pictures (the last 30 seconds of the video) are of the sculptor Richard Deacon, not the actor. The fellow Binghamton resident, referred to was Rod Serling, not Rod Sterling. The word is eponymous, not epophynous.
In the 1960's , 70s my father hated Phillis Diller . He called her every nasty name when she appeared on a TV show we were watching.
At mark 2:59 all the pics from there are not Richard. Just saying.
