Hey Bangers & Chumley Warner, Merry christmas to you both, and of course that crazy dog too. Well, who'd have thought it, another year gone, new year's eve, so here's hoping 2025 looks after you both and some exciting stuff going on. I'm trying to get a small studio back on it's feet after shutting down and selling everything off at the end of 2017 when my dad died during christmas of a heart attack, so now, trying to get back up and running which is a challenge because some kit isn't around anymore or hard to find. I'm considering the Wing Compact based on my ins and outs needs, etc as well as computer hookup to logic so the desk can speak particular midi based events on the mac. I wish I could leave the computer side of things alone, but blindness and music tech don't really go that well together lol. I don't know if you've ever used or remember the all in one production machines like Roland's Vs2480CD/DVD, Yamaha's AW2400 or the older 4416, Korg's D32XD, Akai's DPS24/MKII or Tascam SX1, etc? The reason virtually all of them died off was due to an EU ruling about a certain set of materials used in manufacturing certain components and forcing manufacturers to comply or stop producing these systems, sad eh? then computers being pushed in to full digital mixing, etc. It's funny you mentioned the radar a while back. which one do you have? that brings back some memories for me of training as an audio engineer. There's two things I'd wish for, maybe behringer could do it... 1: a version of the Wing compact expanded with shuttle and editing buttons, etc that could be used as a multi-track record and edit system, changing from using sdxc cards to a replaceable SSD over SATA III connection which provides better data passthrough, the other, a recreation of the elka synthex and the EMS synthy or VCS3, then I'm sorted out. At the moment I have 2 synths, (well, a synth and a stage piano / synth) and love them, but hate the audio interface I've taken on. Anyway, keep up the amazing work. What do you think to the VS Mini? I've not had chance to try one / feel one, but was told it was remarkably small and felt a dash put off, because I prefer to work with synths or synth rack units where it's easy to navigate most functions and have a kind of tactile pallette to work with. Here's to 2025 and I dare say you're looking forward to getting down to Germany to meet with the gang. Wishing you so much good luck with that, by the way, thanks for making my mum laugh.
Thanks for the kind words, you can still pickup the Yamaha aw2400 they are great machines we have two of them. We will do a show on the radars when we install them in the studio. Pro vs mini is good especially with new firmware and new sounds. Depends what your budget is the osmose and hydrasynth are awesome. Plus the king Korg original is brilliant. All the best and happy new year bangers and chumley
@@takethefearoutthegear6229 Thank you for help. Yes I have the latest version of Synth tribe. A few people have restarted their PC and it worked for them but not for me. Synth Tribe keeps giving me "no device detected". What do you mean by "a different lead"?

Hi to you all! I've got windows 10 and can't update or even open the synthtribe app, always getting a samplerate.dll error message... Any idea how to solve the issue? I'm far from being alone from the posts on the musictribe website...😢
Thanks for that.
Hope 2025 brings more synth fun to you. Best Wishes. 😀
