    This was such a fun granny to make. Got my yarn on the wrong side though. Must have missed something in tutorial. Bit of a fiddle to sort out but love the end result. Tx so much. No problem for me as a lefthander either.

      Thank you! 💗 yes it is a bit messy with yarn and multiple colours but eventually it all makes sense 😅
      Oh interesting about the left handed! I actually recently posted one video that was flipped horizontally (as suggested by another leftie here) but not sure if it’s truly helpful and if I should do that for more tutorials 🙈

    • @KristinesDay
      @KristinesDay  4 месяца назад +2

      Thank you so much! 🥰
      Ohh sorry about that - the last round is very repetitive, you basically have to do DC on top of every stitch, and in corners do 2DC, ch3, 2DC (all together in the same space). Hope this helps! 🤗

    Has anyone had any luck with acrylic yarn? I’m trying to make a bucket hat but the squares are coming out too big.

    • @KristinesDay
      @KristinesDay  2 месяца назад +1

      @@Alyse1996 thank you! 💗 I’m afraid they won’t be in the right size for a bucket hat (depends on the kind of bucket hat) unless you significantly lower the size of hook and yarn. 😊

    Hiii can you please explain the half granny square of this pattern please

    • @KristinesDay
      @KristinesDay  Месяц назад +1

      Hey! I haven't made a tutorial for that, but you would basically have to do everything in half and wouldn't have to connect rounds instead of starting from the side.
      I will see if I have a chance to do a an in-depth explanation of this soon, otherwise you can try to inspire from my triangle granny square tutorial. :)

    • @KristinesDay
      @KristinesDay  3 месяца назад

      Hmmm, It should have 17 stitches on each side at the end of row 9, so 68 in total. Could you double check that? :)

    how would I adjust this to have 5 petals instead of 8?

    • @KristinesDay
      @KristinesDay  3 месяца назад

      You would have to start with 10 stitches in the first round. However, this could mess up how the final square would look like. You would have to do some calculations and tests - I haven't done it myself yet :)
