The spot gold price climbed to close at its highest weekly close in history over a $2,053 oz bid.
The spot silver price closed up as well over a $24 oz bid.
The spot gold-silver ratio stayed flat on the week at 84.

12:31 - World Bank may be the only one calling the right price on that chart.
I say that because I suspect the other banks are calling for higher price targets so they make more money when they short silver.
1.) They tell you a price target.
2.) They begin shorting a little before that price.
3.) Psychologically every retail investor is waiting for that PT to be hit, so when it begins dipping, they ignore it thinking it's temporary consolidation.

The biggest indicator for me is that corporate buy backs have doubled!! This means that this is the last chance to make hay while the sun shines. THE CEOs know the game is almost over.

It's been a stalemate for a year. Russia would love a peace deal now if they could make it happen. Although I fully understand why the US shouldn't have confiscated these assets in terms of it endangering dollar hegemony, I really don't have a problem with it. It kinda sickens me how the stacker community roots on a preemptive war.If someone could have confiscated US assets to harm our war efforts in Iraq or Afghanistan, then it would have been the morally correct thing to do.

If someone told you this is where Russia would be nearly two years after invading and whether that would be a good result for Russia, I think that's highly unlikely that anyone would think so. I find the people who rightfully deplore US wars and somehow cheer for Russia to perform some serious mental gymnastics. No matter what happens, Russia isn't coming out of this in better shape than it was in 2021. They are a Chinese vassal state now and that's a long term disaster for them.

World Bank must know about gold and silver reserves that require little energy to mine and central banks dumping, thus combined flooding the market with metal, in order to get those prices. Or did they just pull those prices out of their rear-ends? Yea, they lost all credibility.

Not too sure I would be concerned about the forecasted price points as much as I would be concerned with its value. If the hedgemons get what they want this round, price suppression will remain however, I believe, it's value will remain the same as well. If we crash and get busted up, price and value will be parabolic however, hyperinflation will be quite evident as well. I'd much rather see us have a crash landing with no injuries and let the real, true market decide the real, true price of gold and silver. We all know that time is the best solution to all problems. cant argue logic.. why are all the global banks buying and hoarding gold? that alone would be a logical reason to own gold and silver too.. been buying mine from SD Bullion for the last year.. and have had zero issues receiving my orders.. i feel so much better knowing i have a hedge against inflation.. and G+S has no counter party risk.. So, it's the equivalent of 4500 metric tonnes, not actual gold.
So what about losses of western corporations?
In short maybe that equivalent doesn't equallise the Russian gains.
