I needed this, thanks. Im very bad at handling this impostor syndrome. This leads to me sometimes to do long journeys of study/work, 14hs day/7 days of week for like 2-3 weeks, then i got tired and frustrated and i quit studying for the same amount of time.

Love it. I heavily feel the impostor syndrome thing. Especially when I ask a question on stack overflow. Oh my god. It is absolutely degrading looking like an idiot on there.

I wish I was at a point where I needed motivation to continue *developing* my game... been stuck for 3 weeks because Unity just keeps freezing and getting stuck on infinite loading and stuff... even fresh new projects, no errors, no nothing... really really demotivated. I've put in like 1000 hours into this project. Put in years and years into Unity...

I'm not one to feel this "pride" thing about my code.
As someone with ADHD or at least ADD these days, as I grow older, I can't help but feel overwhelmed with the entire task.
Maths aren't my strong suit at all, my brain is wired to think of things differently and I'm certainly one to think out of the box, which is how I got outstanding grades for foreign languages while Maths and my Mother Language in School got average grades at best.
Teachers where always pleased with the fluidity of my wording, how I could go beyond the words we had learned to still express exactly what I wanted to.
I don't feel that same way about "Programming Languages".
    I download an Asset.
Now my brain wants to at least fully grasp what's happening inside before I move on in case something goes wrong and I can for certain, with utmost confidence, state that it's not because of the System I just added.
And I look at their code and it's soooo holistically different from anything I have witnessed in any book or tutorial, even the official docs that it just seems like utter wizardry to me.
It feels like I'm lacking the understanding on a basic level, like there's something I don't get fundamentally.
And that is what get's me demotivated.
Programming is my Maths class, while the Art (Sound Design, Music, Assets, Animation, Writing of Story and Dialogue etc.) comes so natural to me that I don't give it a second thought.
Is it really a "me" problem or is there just not enough out there in terms of learning on this endless space of knowledge that is the internet?
Do I really have to look somewhere else to get a grip on these basic concepts to add them to my repertoire of code structures for a certain Game Engines main Language? (For me currently Godot with it's Python based GDScript. Coming from Unity, Unreal Engine, Game Maker and all that. I could never really grasp what's happening.)
