Aircraft IL5 Confident, Ultralight, LSA, General Aviation-AERO 2022 Friedrichshafen

One of the great news to report regarding the international aeronautical scenario of recent times is undoubtedly the IL5 Confident, the Made in Italy single-engine aircraft that will be among the protagonists of AERO Friedrichshafen 2022.
It is a low-wing 3-axis aircraft designed by Eng. Orlando Iannotta, built by Confident Aircraft Industry and tested hard by General Vittorio Iannotta, a pilot of great experience, accumulated by flying on all the most performing aircraft of the Italian Air Force.
The new start-up is actually a spinoff of Alfa air, an established Campania aerospace company that operates daily for customers such as Leonardo, Avio Aero, Magnaghi and many others and registered by NATO as a company with strategic characteristics.
Built entirely in aeronautical aluminum with first-rate quality rigor, it is an aircraft full of innovations and details that are completely unusual for the world of light aviation.
To better understand what it is we went to Caserta where Giuseppe Liccardo, one of the protagonists of this project together with his brothers Domenico and Rosario, explained to us in detail the characteristics of this truly innovative aircraft.

Sembra robusto, nel canopy e nel piano di coda fa tanto P 96, riferendomi al piano di coda, perché non una pianta trapezoidale? Forse per i costi? Ma alla fine il costo in più sarebbe solo all'inizio, per la creazione degli stampi che visto il numero delle centine è poca cosa
