Well I didn't comment on the previous upload but might as well now… Thank you so much for sharing your vulnerability as someone who's in their early 20s (21) I always look up to black women that are older than me, and you are definitely one of them. Watching you for years has honestly helped me (and still does) in my own growth. And especially when it comes to finding strength in vulnerability I feel like seeing you helped me unlock that emotional development to try to be softer on myself so again thank you!!! ❤

Arnell, I am twice your age. I had my first daughter in high school and had two girls by the time that I was your age. If other women would have heard and really listened to your first video, it could have possibly helped so many. Having children out of wedlock and living with fathers who we are not married to have become the norm but is ungodly. You are very wise and a beautiful young lady. The fact that you were able to share something that was so personal and reveal your feelings toward your situation, was in my opinion, just you being convicted.
But, sister, you got it going on! Don't let anything or anybody make you feel otherwise. I don't know how I found your channel, but I love your humble spirit and the ability that you have to be so real! It has taken me years to realize that what you share will NOT be for everybody. But, in life, the people that God wants you to share with will come into your life and benefit from you and possibly you from them. Keep being kind and know that even the 50+ crew rocks with you! MUCH Love and keep being an awesome mom to Nanny Noah!
Being a single father, at age 20 (full custody) I totally related to the vulnerable part in the previous upload. There were many things I regret it during the early years of it, but looking back, I would not traded it for the world.
My son is currently 16 and I love that we got to grow together and I probably wouldn’t be the man I am today without him .
I used to get upset because I couldn’t go out with my friends or go to the clubs or just generally hang out. And I had to work factory jobs early on just to make money for daycare and rent and not being able to buy myself the clothes I was accustomed to getting when I was so carefree .
You were having a baby with someone that you barely know or have never got into any type of conflict with can be a dangerous game . because for 95% of the relationship everything is like heaven and then all it takes is that one good moment and they turn into the devil on you. Luckily I was able to escape early on.
I wish you nothing but healing future success . 🙏🥺

Did you know milk pumped at night and milk pumped during the day have different amounts of melatonin and cortisol. Milk pumped in the morning/afternoon has cortisol to keep the baby more alert and awake and milk pumped at night has melatonin to help the baby sleep, if you pump and store milk store them so you’ll know the difference and can still give the baby night time milk at night! Protect your peace and love on your baby and yourself 🙏🏽💕💕

I'm not on Twitter so I don't know what happened nor what a think piece is but I'm sorry to hear that you being vulnerable brought so much negativity. Please don't let this experience stop your growth, being vulnerable and honest is brave and the path to go imo. A lot of people are just not ready to do it for themself because they would have to look at their ugliness, at their trauma, at their wounds.

I think people forget that we only got control on our own choices. When you pick someone you never know when they will switch up especially when the beginning or even their words and actions showed us otherwise. Give yourself grace and all that matter is how you feel and doing the best for Noah.

But from reading some comments it seems like instead of appreciating a real, transparent, and vulnerable moment, people decided to be negative and project their misery. I understand why people do this, but I don't understand why people choose to.

I actually respected you more for your vulnerability and courage. I understand that the pressure and scrutiny was probably overwhelming, so you did what was best for you. But just know, honesty and vulnerability is what the world is trying to silence because it makes it easier for perpetrators to hide and for those sincerely going through same or similar to isolate and never have the benefit of community to bolster them through their tough situation. Just some food for thought. I can definitely relate to secretly hoping my relationships would end. Don't worry about the people talking sh*t, it's very easy to cast judgement from the outside looking in. Some of these people are related to or "friends" with people who are raising kids alone or are the deadbeat (sorry couldn't find another term). Some people are only laughing because they haven't gone through what you've gone through (yet; who's to say "it can never be me").
