Necessary materials:
For dough:
2 eggs
1 tea glass of milk
1 teacup of oil
1 tea glass of yoghurt
1 packet of baking powder
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of vinegar
4- 4.5 cups of flour
For the sherbet:
5 cups of sugar
4.5 glasses of water
1 slice of lemon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
For between:
400-500 grams of walnuts
To lubricate:
200 grams of butter
1 teacup of oil
