I support the custodial workers that they should not lose their jobs to unskilled cleaners that do not have the experience and may not be trustworthy being paid close to minimum wage...you get what you pay for and those professional cleaners should have the right to be paid for a job well done from their experience ! I am a maintenance person also and I know it takes a certain kind of professional to do your job right...I'm with you people 100%, and if they hire the contractors I hope it's a terrible job done so Winnipeg will realize it's mistake and scrap the contractor idea...it will cost them more in the end !
