- Crossdressing Deportment. How we walk, stand and sit says a lot about us, and when we get it right, it gives us a great deal of confidence. In this video, we start with the three key elements to achieving a good posture. How to walk in both high heels and everyday flats. How to project a comfortable and confidant stance as well as a more female profile for group photographs. We then move onto how to sit, concentrating on three possible techniques.

I have always wondered on how to sit proper. Nice little tips there. Good news about how to pick up the car keys though, as a visually impaired person, I can't drive, therefore don't have any car keys, lol. I do have a tip myself, don't drop your car keys in the first place, espeically in bad weather, lol.

Very helpful. Well presented and informative that demonstrates that attention to detail is important. Preparation and programming the mind before venturing out will promote confidence. Over time if going out regularly you become naturally feminine. Always useful especially given these Covid times when dressing is a rare treat to refreshen the mind by replaying the vid. Tx

Hi my name is Damon 44 when I do dress my name is Danielle wen i do dress I don't dress lot because I live with my parents they work at home I have epilepsy so I have to live with my parents it is very difficult to dress up but anyway I love your videos I watch your videos when I'm able to I have learned several things I have many many questions. what is the best way to cross your legs. How many things in what should you carry in your purse. I love wearing knee high and mini skirts can you hide hairy legs with pantyhose or stockings. I have many many many more things I like to ask you but I won't do it right now but I love watching your videos you're the best thank you and I'll keep watching you

Hi Sophie, at 6'2" I am always conscious about looking down, you learn to look down with your eyes, not your head. Everything in this video was such great advice. I observe women all the time, noticing how they move themselves. Sometimes I find myself walking and standing in femme mode when dressed in guy mode, oops. I was out shopping today and received three compliments on my look, one from a beauty salon stylist and her customer, wow. Passing and interacting with people for me is everything, all your advice is spot on. I can't understand why you don't have 100,000 subscribers. Stay beautiful Sophie. Peace and Love Sheila. : ).
