There is no connection to pillar chase in this mod other than what I'm guessing is a good chunk of the characters in here being featured in that game, I think it's more so based on the characters respective media because I doubt someone of the creator's age would make a mod of any type base on pillar chase or anything else popular on roblox unless there is a good reason.
You could be right and some just the creator adding them without anything about pillar chase like MX's design and ao onis but there are more characters that are in pillar chase than not so I most likely would think he got the idea to add those characters.
