Yup, I had the Kenner 18-inch Alien. Box was trashed, which tells me the kids loved it in the store, but mom and dad were "hell no!" Ended up with my nephew in Canada. Never saw the Alien board game, so this is a treat. It's in great shape !

I can imagine the parents ramming the figure back in the box and heading for the toyshop!

When I was a kid, the neighbor living across the street from me had this game. I was too young to have a clue what we were playing other than being told it came from a movie. I don't remember it being much fun though. Maybe if I'd been older and could think through the strategy a bit more or been familiar with the movie, I'd have had a better time with it. I only remember playing it once. We went back to playing with our Atari 2600 instead.

It's a weird age group to aim film tie ins to for an adult film

Alien is same in French, le jue in "the game" in English. 👍. Thanks for this, didn't even know this game existed, it's in such great condition. I concur with the Romulus reviewer, even though I had never seen the film before it felt like I had, a movie standing on the shoulder of a Giant.

Thanks 😊 there wasn't a huge amount of Alien merch aimed at kids but for a violent horror film it's still a surprisingly large amount.

Alien Romulus was a fun film but didn’t have a shred of originality in it.

Mining past glories in an unintelligent way is the Hollywood blueprint now
