Unfortunately the camera stopped filming (for reasons I don't understand), so I was forced to either abandon the 90 bpm video, or use footage from another take. That's the reason audio and video don't match, sorry.

Nice. Did your right foot get tired at first playing the pattern heel down? My foot gets tired that way but it sounds good. thanks.

Yes it does at first as we don’t normally use that muscle in this way. I am used to it but if you keep playing this way soon it will not be an issue. It’s the heel down technique and it’s important to practice it. Cheers
