Same notes are programmed to play but the beat is determined by character ultra.
Kim's theme just sounds so fucking great in this style. And so does Thunder's.
Arbiter definitely needs a double recapture ultra. That would sound so cool

He does, but it's the hardest to pull off IMO because you have to throw a plasma nade and juggle until it blows up.

Medium punch+ medium kick any time during or after the ultra before thet opponent hits the ground. It's called an ultra ender.
Near the end I realized that it's the same beat just with changed instruments to fit with the stage. :(
