Thanks for the explanation. The Toyota manual says nothing about putting it in the accessory mode by pressing the start button Twix and holding the vehicle sitting down for a few seconds. Your video made it very clear and easy. THANKS!!!!!
Thanks. That certainly saves me some time. After the dealer failed to reset the switch I called and was told to drop by the dealer and they would fix. Couldn't find the answer in owners manual but your video spelled it out for me. Thanks again.

This was perfect! I to have a 2019 RAV4, well my wife does lol. The dealer did the 20,000 mile maintenance, and forgot to hit the reset. This is not uncommon as I have a Lexus ES 350 and it seems almost every time the dealer forgets to reset that darn thing. Thank you very much. Have a great Fourth of July.

Great information. Worked well on my 2020. Easy to understand. Your instructions are very clear. Do you have a video on turning off the annoying seat belt chime? There are others available but very confusing from one video to another. Your explanation is clear and camera work following your instructions make following your instructions simple. I have a 2021 and the process was step by step. Only when I turned on my car again the setting had not gone back to normal. Had to hit arrow a few more times to exit out. Thanks
I have exactly the same year and model of vehicle. I followed your instructions exactly. Upob restarting the car exactly the same problem exists. Even though it said it was reset.
I have a 2020 push start RAV4 and I was able to reset the maintenance using your steps while it was running and in drive but I was stopped waiting to pick up my son in his school line
Probably a dumb question, but it resets it to what? For example, my Rav4 is due for its first 5000 mile oil change. After I get the oil changed and reset that, will it then remind me at 10000 miles?
My comment is that my car did not go into the accessory mode when I press the start button two times. However, when I actually started the car up with my foot on the break, I was able to get to all of my arrows and modes, and reset my maintenance schedule. So it worked but not quite the way you said.
Is Maintenance Required only a reminder for oil change? Does it mean something else is wrong besides an oil change? Do I need to let Toyota Service to take a look since I just did my oil change 3 months ago and I drove 3100 miles after the oil change?
