Since we know what happens to Rengoku, he could be a replacement Hashira - or at least if you'd want. I just thought it kinda makes sense!

Although Xiao is a good candidate because Venti saved him from being consumed by his Karmic Debt since Xiao is done it can't be him. I wonder who'll be the best pick... Diluc perhaps? Jean?
