I just watched the video again with a friend from Long Island NY,,,, he said " the outside is actually unique; it has at the same time a traditional classic look and modern contemporary " , the inside could be decorated anyway you want to be" of course he's a new Yorker so it's easy for him,,, for me it's beautiful enough,,,!!

It's a beautiful house and high marks for the decorating and the decorator, it's simple and elegant,,, except for one thing; it seems like there isn't enough room to hang the TV on top of the fireplace,,, the outside is gorgeous,,,,👍!!!!

My wife and I noticed the same thing and thought we might have to go with a smaller tv downstairs and a huge tv upstairs in the bonus room. Maybe put a tv in the screened in porch area as well! What do you think about that

@@NASHVILLENEIGHBORHOODS there're two options,,,, 1) is to switch the white sofa with the green armchairs are now and put the piece of furniture at the bottom of the staircase against the wall across from the kitchen island then have the tv hang on top of that,,, don't forget to put a green pot or tray on the cocktail table ,🐸,,,, or 2) widen the fireplace 3 or 4 inches both sides,,,, as far as the noise ,,, it's absolutely a false issue, even if there's a train going by ,,,you get used to it after a while,i lived next to I 40 and when it's quiet it becomes boring 🤗...!!!!
For the same price it's MUCH better than most homes in Brentwood...!!!

I love those ideas. I lived right next to the railroad crossing in Bellevue. We were so used to the train that we didn’t even hear it when it went by, so I agree that the railroad sound is a non issue. This house has been particularly built with sound proofing materials so it is very quiet indoors.

Nice home.... wrong location... I see 800K in its future with the train in the back yard... busy road behind it... and businesses... and/or condo living behind the busy road... they want 2+Ms for this terrible location... better have sound proof windows and when the train pass by you don't hear or feel it passing by... if it ever de-rails, b/c it US rails, will they cover the cost of the home... insurance got to take that into consideration... LOL

I hear you! This home may not seem like it’s in a good location but it is. It’s been specifically built with sound proofing material. My wife and I were in the home and didn’t hear a lot of outside noise. The train didn’t shake the house when it went by either. The home next door sold for $1.6M in 2021.
