Amazing I bought a wax melt because I though I had a burner at home by turns out when we moved we got rid of it so I've been searching the internet to find something I could use and yayyyy I found one thanks soooo much 😊
Oh yes worked great, you can use a plug and heat light bulb if you also feel safer that way or use outside and put some citronella in it to keep the bugs away.

This was just messing around mostly to be used outdoors, kinda a diy mini stove or melting citronella to keep mosquitoes away and use any let over candle wax. Yes this could be dangerous so can a lot of thing you buy!
Heya, thanks! My cat knocked my ceramic wax warmer off our windowsill and it was smashed to smithereens (the warmer, not the cat). My local Dollar Tree usually stocks them but they were all out today. I was bummed out because we had a dip in temperature here in SoFlo last night (all the way down to the 70s!!!🤣) and I wanted to haul out my fall fragrance wax melties to enjoy. This is a great temporary substitute, you clever, environment-saving person! *UPDATE* A friend of mine had brought over a can of diet soda (I rarely drink soda and never diet drinks) and it's been shuffling around my fridge for months so I emptied it, cut an opening and ventilation holes and voilà! It gets the job done. By the way, my upcycled wax warmer formerly held *Canada* Dry Diet Ginger Ale!😉
Thank you, yeah that was the idea to try and recycle some of these cans, it can still be very dangerous because the can does get hot, also it's great for bugs outside, you can add some citronella.
OMG❤SH I am just Pinteresting the shit out of this cute little thing in my mind right now! What a cool repurposing idea! You could use tea lights or bulbs and with a little ingenuity (like incorporating some decorative concrete, plaster, resin etc.), you could make it more sable while adding a little bit of creativity to it as well…and cheap! You could use them for all kinds of outside events from casual to formal. Ooh! You could even make an outdoor/patio trellis or arch using a wooden pallet to hold them as well! Oooooh!!!! I have so many ideas!!!! For you though, not me. I can’t make shit but a mess. I’m only good for ideas and my garage is a Pinterest Project Graveyard. 😂 Let me know if I should subscribe for an update video, mkaay? 😂 Thanks!
Yeah it worked out really well. You can also use them outside to keep the bugs away. So many different thing's you can do with cans, also another good way to recycle.
Oh my God brother I was concerned the entire time. Then u finally cut urself an then burned ur hand a little.... Regardless of that I appreciate that you made this video an I applaud you Sir. Much love from TX
Thanks buddy! I respect your honesty, I think once I got the idea to do this, I rushed to make a video. This can be very dangerous and yea could cause a fire and easily cut yourself, I try to use things to recycle, this is more for outside you could use citronella to keep mosquitoes away.

Please wear gloves and be careful I should of but this was an example of something quick and easy, and cheap! Great for outside to keep the mosquitoes away, use citronella.

You can also use citronella for mosquito's (outside).
I like the concept. Really good for temporary use. Though I know Aluminum is dangerous to smoke from so I'm unsure if this could also be dangerous

It's great for outside too, you can use it to keep the mosquito's away.
@@AnEveryDayCanadian looks like i’m gonna be saving a ton of money
I now have a hole in my hand
Wouldn’t this melt the can
LoL no
It’s almost like cans look like that for that reason, like the bottom for instance holds the wax perfectly
Yeah it worked out really well. You can also use them outside to keep the bugs away. So many different thing's you can do with cans, also another good way to recycle.
can you burn essential oil in it? how much water do i add and how much oil?
I would just use a little oil or even some citronella to keep mosquitos away! Make sure it's on a tray or somewhere safe from animals.
An EveryDay Canadian sure thing thanks
