How to Draw 1-Point Perspective
How to Draw Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them
This drawing is based on a scene from Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them. The film is set in New York in 1926.
For this drawing I used a 4B pencil and an eraser. Thank you very much for watching, I hope you found this drawing useful for your own art and drawing. I will post a new art tutorial next week!

I'm just amazed by that incredibly straight horizon line! Woah.
The background music really leads me to a fantastic world, seeing all the buildings and people appear one by one, lovely
from what i've observed from my little studying, all the perspectives are made from prime number points. Before finding your channel i had never heard or seen the 5-point perspective technique, i never imagined it was even a thing haha. But once i saw you explaining and executing it it made so much sense. Now i'm wondering if one can draw with a 7, 9, 11-point perspective, although i honestly can't imagine how that would work.
Thank you for uploading! You've thought me a whole lot about understanding perspective and their techniques.
Hi, Many thanks for your interesting comments!
Your work is unbelievably useful for me. I'm planning on doing A-Level Product Design and all your point perspective videos are incredibly useful for drawing realistic products! Thanks so much :D
Please make more 1 point perspective drawings. I love them

Great, Tom, I drew the whole scene and learned a lot. I know in this case you might not want to post the original, but sometimes it would be helpful if you can post the reference so we can understand how your simplified the image. Thanks for doing these videos!
Hi, Thanks for your comments; for this drawing I based it on several stills from the film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, often I just make up the drawings, but I will keep your idea in mind.

Excellent job. You are fantastic. Would you help me? How do I measure the exact size of the human figure to put it in this scenario?
Hi, interesting question, I find it best to read the height of a person from the size of the building or door that is the same distance away from us as they are. In other words if the person can walk through a door in a building at that distance, all is well!
Thank you.
Tốt lắm, giỏi lắm 👍👍👍
