Very bazar graveyard, I’ve never seen a headstone with a hand pointing a finger to the sky. Where is this located?

I don't know, but they are location markers of some kind with section designations.And it's layed out differently than the gravestones. So what is the point. Oh this is weird man. Very bad juju from this place.
